Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is a comfortable basecamp for exploring Christmas Valley's sand dunes, Crack-in-the-Ground, Summer Lake Wildlife Area, Fossil Lake and the Oregon Outback — or simply enjoying the incredible quiet and dark night skies.

We are perfectly set up for both short and long stays with with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extra linens, towels, etc.

Baert Lake & Christmas Valley Golf Course ~ Looking for something closer to home? Baert Lake offers seasonal fishing, swimming and boating, while the nearby golf course provides a relaxing way to spend a few hours surrounded by high-desert scenery.

Summer Lake Hot Springs ~ After a day of exploring, take a relaxing soak at Summer Lake Hot Springs and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Oregon Outback.

Don't forget to look up ~ One of the best things about Christmas Valley is what you don't see—city lights. The wide-open landscape and dark skies create spectacular opportunities for stargazing. Watch the sunset, step outside after dark, and enjoy stars, planets and constellations that can be difficult to see from the city.
