Hello Amber, Our condo buildings were built approximately 35 years ago however the furniture including beds were replaced about 5 years ago. The buildings themselves are older however our housekeepers do a great job at keeping our units clean. What we lack in "newness" we make up for by fact that we are located close to Mount Shasta which gives us amazing views, no traffic and mountain weather. One guest recently called us "a hidden jewel". Our golf course was designed by Trent Jones Senior a premier golf course architect therefore we have golf groups who look forward to returning here every year.
