Upon arriving the deadbolt which is controlled by a key pad unlocked however, the doorknob was also locked. We called the number listed on VRBO and received tje automatic VRBO line and was extremely unhelpful. «Great home for our stay. It's an older home but updated and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of extra towels for the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. We did use the Murphy bed which was also reasonably comfortable and had extra sheets / blankets / pillows. Would definitely stay here again when we're in the area. «The house overall was good. The upkeep could have been a lot better. There are a few boards on the floor that are coming up. There is a brick that is loose in the family room. In the hallway bathroom, the rack on the wall is broken(a screw is missing) It did feel like the house(inside and outside) was not professionally cleaned in awhile. We came across a few spider webs and spiders in a few corners of the house. We couldn't really enjoy the outside scenery because there were spider webs ...

"We stayed here for one night as we where driving through the area. The hotel is generally quite new and holds a modern standard. What bothers me about a brand new building (as a non us resident) is that there will still be quite a noticeable noise disturbance from neighbour rooms. This could have been alot better. We slept well though as the noise calmed down around evening time. Breakfast was very simple - just a few choices of yoghurt, muffin, granola bars, oatmeal and cooked eggs. "
