The place was great. Large, clean, spacious, well-equipped room. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Only negative was the access turn to enter the property was difficult to find. I would suggest a sign if possible.

Very nice start the finish! I feel like most hotels only look nice in the lobby but this place was very clean, homey & welcoming all throughout! Will definitely be booking again with confidence that I’ll enjoy my stay!

Aside from someone kids having the zoomies at night, my stay was peaceful. Room and lobby was clean. Hallways smelled nice. The older staff were very pleasant. Smiles and a hello go a long way. Breakfast options are a coma dating. I liked the pre-wrapped bread options. This is my second stay in this hotel.

Everything is ok and its clean and nice to stay with family, however we had a neighbor that night were shouting playing kids shouting til 1 am, the policy for pets is 50 dollar per night and they charged me 79 dollars for my 3 lbs pet. Please check the policy and it says 50 but they overcharge.

It's a great property, a pretty new hotel. My only suggestion is to please change the swiming pool water... the water was so dirty, so discasting, with death spiders, that no even my kids wanted to get in...

The place is very nice and clean the staff is outstanding the breakfast was very good close to many restaurants check in quick and easy as well as check out the pool hrs are good until 10pm the 2 issues I had was the pool wasn’t dirty but very cloudy and the water was very salty I don’t know why and I stayed I. Room 307 the people above me we up at 530 am the kids were run in back and forth continuously until I checked out at 11 not the hotels fault and I know kids will be kids however the parents should know better that 530 am is not the time to be so disruptive

The place is very nice and comfortable to stay. The only bad thing is that the pool has a lot of chemicals, I don't know if it was just the day we were there but my husband had a very bad time due to that situation. I ruined his vacation because he was unable to feel good, had a burning sensation, and had tears in his eyes all the time. For that reason my girls no longer went back to the pool. It is unfortunate that this type of carelessness damages the room. We notified the person at the reception of this and he gave my husband some eye drops. Unfortunately this affected our travel plans.

Only thing that bothered us about this hotel was the amount of chlorine in the pool. My eyes were burning from even just the smell. I did not put my head under water. my husbands skin was red and itchy but better after showering and washing off the chemicals. Breakfast was great ! Staff was friendly.

There was a pipe break issue and unfortunately during my stay the water was shut off for some time and when turned back on the water was brown and strayed me away from using the shower or any source of water. It did eventually return to normal but would have been a more pleasant and comfortable stay without these issues. Staff was amazing very compassionate and caring to concerns and issues. Their hospitality made the visit better.

I’d stay again
Everything was very clean except the pool area. Pool area was a bit messy but it had to do with a good size party of teenagers. But after they left I was surprised that this one worker squeegeed the floor but left the mess as it was. Besides that the room and everything else was clean and nice!

Everything was great except the bed. Bed was old and you could feel the springs were worn out. Would have given 5 stars but sleep was important and I didn't get that.
