Pheasant hunt
This was our second year in a row staying here.. house and location work out great for us... 4 adults with two dogs..plenty of room. Highly recommend if you want to hunt anywhere vlose to this area.

Perfect spot
We rent this cabin every year while our daughter goes to camp for a week nearby. Reid and family take good care of us. Great Wi-Fi and lots of space. Highly recommend!

Small Issues
Trash was full when we got there and smelled badly. Garage door opener was broke and threshold at walkthrough garage door kept falling out. Need to come up with a better option for fish remains. All and all the fishing was great and the property served our purpose.

Exactly As Advertised
The property was fully stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. Very dog friendly with kennels and plenty of room to play. Fishing in the area was excellent and the property had what you needed to clean you catch. Mt friends and I had a great stay and will you the property again in the future if we are in the area.

Long Weekend Vacation
Nice condo on a nice lake. Met up with our college age sons and had an awesome relaxing vacation. Great fishing during the day and bon fires at night. Great trip!

Property was exactly as listed. Owner stopped to check and see if we needed anything. Perfect size for our family and their friends. Kids l9ve being able to walk to the Purple Cow, getting ice cream and playing on the playground! Would definitely stay again!

Nice place, convenient location
We found the property pretty much as advertised. Very clean and right on the lake. Close to several stores and gas. Several lakes nearby. We mainly fished on Blue Dog lake and could have our boat in the water in very little time from the cabin. Caught a few fish as well. Can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't provided except the propane tank for the grill was empty and the grill grate was extremely dirty with no way to clean it. We ended up cooking everything inside. The weather cooperated for the most part while we were there and we enjoyed our stay.

The whole family loved this cabin. We ended up booking the same day of our stay due to an issue with a different place. They made it very easy. They were on top of it with everything clean before we got there! The owners were very nice.

Having 6 people in our party, the Oak and Arrow Cabin was perfect. With 3 bedrooms (5 beds), 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen, dining and living room we never felt crowded. An enjoyable stay.

Will stay again!!
My family of 8 loved this cabin! This cabin worked very well for my 4 teenagers, 10 year old, 4 year old, husband and myself! With plenty of room for every one to spread-out and have their or space. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you might need. The boat dock, beach area and dog kennels were an added bonus and worked very well for our stay. We will definitely be staying here again next year!!

We had a wonderful time at the rental. Got to have delicious ice cream at The Purple Cow nearby. Reid was extremely responsive and provided assistance quickly if we needed it. The house was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. We will be back for sure... hopefully with our dog next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as pictured online, so cute. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with high quality items. I would suggest however that the owners take a look at the mattresses it may be time to replace them. :)

Family Weekend
Reid's property was very nice to stay at. The house was clean and suited our family well. Our grandsons enjoyed playing with the toys that were in the closet. The kitchen was well stocked. Since the air quality was poor due to the smoke, some of the family had to stay inside with the three babies. They were still able to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake due to the three large windows facing the lake. The view was awesome. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Lovely stay
My husband and I stayed here while our daughter was at camp. We had a lovely time. We worked remotely which went well as there was WiFi and great space. We had plenty of room to store our food and cook. Reid was helpful and friendly! Check in was so easy and so was check out. We plan on going next year.

Great place for a family getaway
Great place! Great family vacation! Contact and check in with Reid was easy. They were very accommodating and came and introduced themselves at check in. Questions were answered timely. The property was lovey and accommodated our family of 7 plus a 1 year old and two dogs. All supplies were available. Bedrooms did get a little warm as air conditioner had a hard time reaching them. Lake was quiet and great for swimming and catching littles off the dock with the babe. We slayed the fish at a nearby lake that was very accessible. Nice quiet area for biking and walking which we did every day. I would highly recommend for a great family vacation. Thanks Reid and family for a great stay! We will be back!

Nice Cabin on the Lake
Older home has been updated recently and seemed very modern for the age of the home. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable to stay there. One hitch: AC unit worked but could not reach the bedrooms very well and they were warm in the evenings (this would only be a problem in the heat of the summer). Floor fans helped some. One suggestion for the owner would be to create some sort of access pathway directly down to the beach as it was basically a retaining wall of rocks and not conducive to accessing the beach easily. WE had little ones and shaky older people finding it difficult to walk to the water's edge. Personally, I would like to see stone steps or just clear the rocks out of the way for a path. One last suggestion would be to address the warped boards on the dock. There were some boards that flexed pretty good under our feet and a couple of rusty screws were exposed which we all had to step over. Reid was very responsive to our communications and even stopped over to get the grill tank refilled with propane! He was very easy to work with and accommodating. We will definitely consider this rental again.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. Reid was wonderful to rent from and easy to communicate with. The house/ cabin had everything we needed. The only downside was the dock. The boards made it difficult especially for the grandchildren. We would definitely rent it again.
