The room we were told had been updated, it did not appear to be updated. The breakfast was ok. The only beverage option was coffee and we dont drink coffee. I wish there was some kind of juice

The only thing I’d recommend is checking out the drain in the tub, not sure if the room I got just didn’t get checked but the it wouldn’t drain right away and felt like something was stuck inside. Overall it’s a nice place to stay and will still plan on going back again. Good hotel to stay at if you’re looking for something cheap but still nice.

Was not able to regulate the heat in our rm at all rm 141. Had to call front desk to turn heat on. They used a remote n then took it with them so we couldnt turn temp down. Got very warm n uncomfortable sleeping.

NO NO NO !!!
I never like to give negative feedback but I think it's necessary for this location. It was a huge mess from the strong mildew smelling room, terrible bed, prank calls before midnight, broken down cars and people doing drugs in the parking lot. I did not feel safe here at all and could not sleep due to all the above. I will say staff was good.

Hotel is in desperate need of a total refresh including repairs and upgrades. Everything is very outdated and rooms were not clean. Staff person at the front desk did the best they could under the circumstances but property was way below the standard we expected from Days Inn.

This hotel served it's purpose for us. It was a decent price and we were only sleeping before heading to Lost Island. The breakfast had good options. It was a hot breakfast. The hotel rooms need a little updating but were clean. Beds were decent. I felt safe but there were some homeless people outside. I think they came in and stayed in rooms, showered, and ate breakfast. It caused no problems during our stay. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. There were dehumidifiers in the hallways.

Loved it...but
We had a wonderful, large room and generally loved this Days Inn. There was only one failing: the housekeeping staff never made up our room, although we were there for three nights. Apparently you have to ask specifically, but we weren't told that. Otherwise we were very comfortable. This was a family visit and we brought or dog, who was well-treated by all. And no, he was never left alone in the room. We had a room with a nice view at the end of the hall by an outside door so we could take our dog out. Breakfast better than expected. Very convenient location. We will definitely return if we go back to Waterloo.

This Days Inn was run down and needed to be renovated. The staff was friendly, but seemed to be doing multiple jobs, so maybe they were understaffed. Breakfast was good. The parking lot had lots of people just hanging out at night. We didn't feel safe in one spot around the side, so we immediately moved...twice. Our room on the second floor smelled musty. Carpet cleaner smell, maybe?

There was a terrible smell, dehumidifiers in hallways, entry door swipe was broken and looked like someone had tried to glue back up but it was hanging. Holes in towels. Eggs and sausage were cold, sausage gravy tasted funny. People working there were nice.

dark haired evening front desk lady was nice but had to call her to clean the bathroom. Couch & chairs filthy she brought us sheets to cover them. Pop cans and food boxes under the chair that were not ours. Checked our beds to see if sheets were clean. We will NOT be staying here again. In fact WE REQUEST A FULL REFUND. We travel a lot and were very disappointed as was a man I spoke to in the parking lot.
