While Stowe is renowned for its world-class winter sports offerings, you'll find endless options for entertainment any time of year. From hiking and biking to water sports, seasonal festivals, and more, there's truly no shortage of things to discover. Spend some time exploring the shops, breweries, coffee shops, and great local restaurants, and no trip to Vermont is complete without a visit to the Ben & Jerry's Factory - just over three miles from your front door. Stowe Mountain Resort is your choice for skiing and snowboarding, while you can snowshoe or enjoy cross-country skiing at nearby Von Trapp Family Lodge. Mt. Mansfield State Forest, Waterbury Reservoir, and Little River State Park offer year-round outdoor recreation.

One of several suites occupying a vintage Vermont farmhouse, the space comes fully updated for private modern comfort. Strong natural lighting fills the interior, while vaulted ceilings add an extra sense of space and airy ambiance. Beautiful exposed beams showcase the home's original 1790s construction. The incredible stainless steel kitchen is equipped with a full suite of major appliances, including a massive gas range and dishwasher. The living area is furnished for family comfort and convenience, with features including a dedicated desk, a children's play corner, a plush sofa, and a smart TV. Additional en suite perks include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi. You'll also have access to shared, outdoor amenities like a hot tub, furnished deck, and BBQ grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Just a beautiful place. They had everything we could have needed and enjoyed the layout which was unique and fun. It was conveniently located right off the main road.

This apartment is in a great location and really beautiful inside. Spacious and perfect for a short getaway. The description listed many windows and skylights for great views - this was a main reason we booked here. The remote for the blinds didn’t have a battery in it and the blinds were closed so we couldn’t open them. We reached out to the property management company as directed multiple times - they said they would contact the local team and no one ever came. Also tried to purchase a battery but none were available in the stores because it was a unique battery. It was very disappointing that we couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Also the album speed on the record player was broken - another small item but disappointing when we brought some records with us to play as part of our stay.

We LOVED the getaway, and the listing was a wonderful place for my wife and I to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The host did a great job ensuring the driveway was cleared of snow, and even shoveled out a path to the hottub! It was a bit too cold for us to give that a try, but the unit itself was gorgeous. A huge spacious kitchen with all sorts of wonderful amenities. Perfect for any sort of cooking a guest might want to do during their stay. The livingroom was huge, had a really comfy couch, and all sorts of windows and skylights. The blind remote wasn't working for us during our stay, but I think the remote just needed a new battery. All of the other amenities worked great for us. The master bedroom was at the top of the unit, located over the larger main unit of the home. It was cozy, and comfortable, and gave us a nice view of the nearby mountains. The unit does have a little bit of noise from the nearby Waterbury-Stowe road, but none of this was intrusive enough to be a bother for either of us. We also did not have any guests in the other unit during our stay, so I can't speak to any volume leaking.The unit has 3 bathrooms, all nicely suited for their respective floors, the unit was clean and good shape for our arrival, and the location is perfectly suited for central Vermont! A short 10 minute drive into Stowe, or back to Waterbury, and around a 45-50 minute drive up to Burlington. You really can't ask for a better spot!

This was the perfect stay. Super clean and comfortable! It was located just outside of Stowe and was a short and easy drive to go to Woodstock and Burlington. If you are a light sleeper, the bedroom window faces the highway and you will have the sound of cars coming into the bedroom. If that isn’t a deal breaker then this is a total steal and we would 100% stay here again!

Surprising amount of space, this is a lovely, sunny place to stretch out and relax. It's very clean and very provisioned, and has nice touches like a supply of vinyl records. It's well positioned between Stow and southern destination and has a great coffee roaster / shop next door.There can be some road noise during heavy traffic, but otherwise this was a lovely place and would stay here again.

Disappointing. The house is on a main road and is very noisy. Not the quiet Vermont retreat we were hoping for. Pluses: It’s beautifully decorated and the bed is very comfortable. Cons: none of the remotes that control the heating/AC and the window blinds worked. The inside temp was different on all 3 floors and impossible to adjust. Gorgeous kitchen lacking in basic supplies. There was only one wine glass. No dish sponge or dish cloth. Good shower but the towels were cheap, thin, and scratchy. I realize you can’t change the location but your ad should make it clear there is road noise nearly 24/7.

Great Stay for a Weekend Ski Trip

We rented this place for a weekend ski trip, and it was perfect for our needs. The property is clean, cozy, and well-suited for a small group. It’s also conveniently located near Mount Stowe, making it easy to hit the slopes. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little place for a small group of friends!

This was a great location close to amenities. Wasn’t too far from Stowe Mountain so it worked great for us. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of commission, which would’ve been great for use after skiing, but it wouldn’t be a dealbreaker to stay there again. Great kitchen area for gathering, although there were only 3 of us there, it was very nice.

Pleasant stay in a calming space

The space was clean and spacious, with good light, and a calming atmosphere. Downsides were that it was too cold out to use the hot tub during my stay- it is outside, quite a ways from this unit, and the temperatures got down to -17 overnight outside. In the morning, the downstairs and entrance were very cold.

Amazing Stay!

Everything was amazing! Very clean and beautiful, just like the pictures shown. We had small issues with the 2nd floor bathroom sinks and blinds and kitchen heat but other than that it was perfect. Thank you!

The property was just as pictured. The house is beautiful and it appeared to be very clean when we checked in. It had everything we needed and location was great except for the road noise since it’s off a busy road. The negatives are that when I checked under the sheets of the bed I noticed the mattress was severely stained and the bedding smelled. We had to change the bedding. Also, the bedroom sits above the main house and the guests staying there were very noisy and had a party going until 2:30am. I tried contacting property management and it took them over an hour and half to address the situation. .

Amazing Stay in Stowe

Thank you for an amazing stay! The location was perfectly situated between local places we wanted to visit like the Ben & Jerry's factory, Artisan coffee, and many amazing restaurants. The home itself was also spacious for the two of us with great amenities like laundry, games, and a record player to name a few. We loved our stay and would return to the same space if we get the opportunity.

Would definitely stay again

Pros: Just as pictured if not better! Great location between Waterbury and Stowe; clean and comfortably furnished; we loved the extra amenities provided like Alexa on each level, games, record player and records. Cons: Some road noise in the bedroom, having to buy coffee for the Keurig, and we didn't mind but the amount of stairs night be difficult for some.
