«The sheets had blood stains and other stains. The staff must not have changed them. The room smelled like urine or worse. Literally couldn't breathe. The staff was helpful but denied the room smelled. My husband came back from his job site and he could smell it too. They were all denying there was a bad odor. I coudn't stand to be in it and sat outside in the hallway till my husband could pick me up. We left and didn't even ask for a refund. We will NEVER GO THERE. Good luck to you all. Hope ...

«When I entered my room (rm. 313), I flipped the switch and the entry light did not come on, so I had to walk across the room to turn on a working light. Then a strong musty odor hit my nose that did not go away the entire night. It smelled like there had been water damage to the room. The air conditioner was set on 70 degrees and never cooled the room below 78 and it made a loud noise most of the night. There were rusted handle fixtures and other hardware in the bath tub.
