Bit Of Heaven
It was our first time in Bermuda and we couldn’t have picked a better room! It is approximately 60 feet above the ocean making the water colors and whale spotting perfect! The pool was very close but since it was the end of March too chilly to use, it would have been nice to be heated because the Sun was shining brightly🌞. Check in was a little rough but i think it was just miss communication? Overall a fantastic place to stay! It was Close to Hamilton and Horseshoe bay. We will definitely be back and hopefully be able to rent the same room.

We Loved Our Cliffs of Marley Getaway
The photos are accurate. The property and view are exceptional. The beach is surrounded by intriguing coral and sandstone cliffs and outcroppings that catch the waves for the most relaxing surf sounds 24-7. Located between two national parks is what insures the ultimate isolation we had hoped for. There are a few decent restaurants nearby and within walking distance. A cab from the airport with a stop at the grocery store for breakfast and lunch items will cost you $70+. We went out or did takeout every evening. A car rental is also within walking distance should you want to tour the island for a day or two on your own but note they're glorified electric go-karts, expensive, and not autos. A reliable bus line and a cab app make alternative travel easy. Malcom and Katie could not be more helpful and informative on arrival and are just a phone call away if needed. We will return for exotic R&R soon.

Bit of Heaven at Cliffs of Marley
We absolutely loved our 8 night stay at Cliffs of Marley and our studio was no doubt a "Bit of Heaven" a perfect name! It was so nice to have a kitchen for breakfast and a few of our meals in and we appreciated the use of the grill on our deck. The view of the ocean from our studio was spectacular! The Cliffs of Marley is exactly as the pictures show and it is a very beautiful resort with a private beach that we loved! It is in a great location on the South Shore and very convenient to catch the bus. Katie was very friendly and she greeted us upon our arrival and was available if we needed anything. We also enjoyed meeting Malcolm Sr. and had some great chats with him. We highly recommend Cliffs of Marley and would love to come back again! Darlene & Eric

This was about our 9th trip to Bermuda, but first for the Cliffs of Marley. It was a gem. Gorgeous ocean views, clean and quiet, and enough cooking/kitchen supplies to make some of our own meals. If the weather were warmer we would have been in the beach or pool. But it was restful just hanging out at Bit of Heaven. It was perfect for our Bermuda Triangle Challenge weekend. Katie was super helpful, too, offering to drive us to the grocery store when we arrived. We hope to be back!

Quiet comfort away from the crowds
Great location and comfortable unit with great amenities. Only suggestion would be an update to the instructions for the unit... laundry location, TV settings, etc. Looking forward to returning sometime soon.

Bit of Heaven is exactly right!
The photos are exactly as it looks! It's hard to imagine a more beautiful location. If you love to take long walks on the beach this is the place to be! During low tide you can walk for miles. Spectacular in every way. The Studio is very simply furnished, ,just as the pictures show, but with the beach and setting it's well worth the trade off.

Million dollar views and beautiful private beach.
If you want million dollar views and a gorgeous private beach, this is your place!!! I can't emphasize just how beautiful the views are here. You feel like you are on top of the world and have 360 degree views. The room was clean and all the basic cookware was provided. We arrived very late at night and host had eggs, bread, milk, butter and coffee stocked for us for our first morning. The bus stop is right across the street. The one thing to note is there is not a couch. I would recommend putting one in the room so two people could sit on it together instead of a hard, wood chair. Host even had a bottle of Bermuda's famous Rum Swizzler in the refrigerator for us.

Perfect bit of heaven for us
We have been to Bermuda numerous times, stayed in high end hotels, and cottages. We chose Marley because it was centrally located to get to either end of the island, had beautiful views, was steps from the lovely, uncrowded pool, and had access to the beach. Marley did not disappoint.....one day after Hurricane Fiona we arrived to a lovely setting, the owners were gracious but busy picking up a bit following what could been devastating damage, which unfortunately did cause horrific damages to southwest Florida. The storm did not interfere with our vacation. THIS IS A SPECIAL PLACE, and we WILL be back! Our clean, bright studio with deck overlooking the ocean and pool, the kitchen, etc... was perfect. So peaceful, private...couldn't have been better, very hard to leave! The property has been in the same family for generations and we had the pleasure of getting to know owners, Van and Phyllis Martin, very charming, kind, fun people, while were there...we learned about the history of the property ( filming of The Deep with Jacqueline Bisset & Nick Nolte, and Chapter Two with James Caan & Marsha Mason took place on this scenic spot) ; where to go boating, fishing, but also about the island in general. Van and Phyllis made our week all the more special and we look forward to seeing them again next time we are lucky enough to go back to beautiful Bermuda! We ate out at Fourways, Blu, Aurora, The Reefs, Trattoria...all were fabulous, none had our view....and we were always happy to come home to our "Bit of Heaven".

Enchanting place with a classic Bermudian atmosphere
My husband and I absolutely loved our eight days at this wonderful place. The views from the windows and the terrace are fantastic. We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling at the private beach (Marley beach) and at the other beautiful beaches along the South Shore (Southland and Astwood Cove can be easily reached by foot, many others by bus or car). The small but lovely pool is also very pleasant and great for a late afternoon or evening dip. Overall, a perfect Bermudian experience.

Location Above All Else
We had a great stay. The best aspects of this apartment are the views and private beach. The apartment is also centrally located on the island so if you like exploring nothing is too far. As other reviewers mentioned, the owner is easily to get in touch with and is happy to help you out. Two VERY minor flaws would be the place could use some new silverware and bedding.

Cozy apartment with breathtaking views!
This unit was a wonderful place to stay for my wife and I for a week. It is exactly as described in the listing. Location was wonderful and central with bus stops at the bottom of the driveway. Katie was cheerful, helpful and very accommodating. She is immediately available by phone or text. We immensity enjoyed our first visit to Bermuda and can’t wait to come back to “Bit of Heaven”

View of the Century
First time to Bermuda and we chose well! This property sits up high with an expansive view of the ocean. There are adjoining properties, but it was quiet and peaceful. The private beach is fabulous and the snorkeling was good at the close reefs. The property is very conveniently located (10 mins to Hamilton) and there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill. Katie and Malcolm were very attentive hosts, checking in periodically to ensure we had everything we needed and making good recommendations for restaurants and hikes, etc. We would definitely rent this property again if we return to Bermuda.

Perfect get away!
My wife and I could not have asked for a better location to stay for our short trip to Bermuda. Marley Beach-Bit of Heaven was not only a beautiful location shadowing over the Atlantic but the studio was close to all the beaches and the capital, Hamilton. Katie and Malcolm were very accommodating and extremely informative about restaurants and hot spots on Bermuda. Furthermore, they were great with communications before and during our visit. Marely Beach- Bit of Heaven exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return - we already miss the private beach!

A little bit of heaven!
We absolutely loved our stay and Katie went above and beyond to bring things over to help our baby settle in and even gave us a lift to the airport at the end of our stay. As with everything in Bermuda the accommodation was expensive but well worth it for a beautiful location overlooking the turquoise waters where we were lucky enough to watch whales playing, along with a stunning beach shared amongst the cottages at marley beach but which we had to ourselves during our stay and a pool right by the room. The studio had everything we needed and we enjoyed BBQing on the deck most evenings. I highly recommend this place to stay and if and when we return to Bermuda, we will definitely be staying here again. The Swizzle Inn is a short walk away and a good spot for dinner and drinks. Thanks again to the wonderful hosts for making our stay so great!

SPECTACULAR !!!
Our vacation at Marley was spectacular! We have been to Bermuda before and had very high expectations for our vacation at The Cliffs of Marley. Everything about our experience EXCEEDED our expectations! Katie and Malcolm are very nice people and great hosts, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. This quiet clean studio apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fabulous private balcony, kitchen, closets, wifi, smart TV, comfortable bed (with an incredible view), and a very clean newly renovated bathroom. The views of the turquoise ocean from inside and outside the apartment are absolutely stunning! The private sandy beach is just steps away and the ocean is very swimmable (look for the parrot fish). Falling asleep to the sounds of the waves, waking to the sun rising over the ocean and having coffee on the balcony was so amazing. Bus stops (to and from Hamilton) are at the end of the driveway, and Hamilton is only a short bus ride away where you will find great shops/restaurants and where you can connect to any part of the island. Don't miss Harbour Nights on Wednesdays! Bermuda is a beautiful place to visit, the location of Marley Beach on the south coast of the island is the best area to stay, and this studio is the perfect place to call home for a week. We will definitely return! We would highly recommend the Cliffs of Marley!

The location is excellent and the hosts were unparalleled
My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this clifftop bungalow on our trip to Bermuda. The scenery is amazing: 200+ degree views of an azure ocean right outside your window, private beach, pool, etc. All that is covered in the other reviews. But the thing I really came here to say was just how awesome Katie and Malcom were as hosts. It was almost like we were staying at a place owned by old friends. Katie picked us up from the airport and drove us the 20+ minutes to the apartment. Then, she took us to the car rental place down the road. She was super friendly and gave us tons of great advice on what to do on the island. She even dropped off a special treat of fish cakes and hot crossed buns for us to eat (the traditional food on Good Friday), as well as some loquats from their home tree because I said I really liked them. We lost our keys while swimming and they wouldn't even let us pay for the cost of making a new set! Because we left on Easter Sunday and there weren't many taxi drivers, they took us to the airport as well. I've done a lot of apartment rentals over the years, and this was our best experience, by far. We hope to come back next year. Thanks Katie!! PS- If you like outdoorsy stuff, we really enjoyed the kites on Horseshoe bay, the neat botany and abandoned houses in Southlands, the birds at Spittal Pond, and the swimming at Blue Hole. We rented a tiny car (a Twizie) from Current Vehicles for 100 bucks a day, which this apartment has a charger for, and it was fun. It's a tight two seater, but it makes getting around the island easy. Driving is kinda scary though, especially if you're used to driving on the right side of the road.

Stunning Views & Easy to Get Around
Loved staying at the Marley Beach Cottages. We shared the studio home with 3 people and it was the perfect amount of space. We walked to the beach, Southlands forest, and to the swizzle inn and gas station. Katie was so kind and took us to the grocery store where we bought food & drinks upon arrival. We enjoyed taking the bus to Hamilton and the Crystal Caves!

Great location, great hosts, great view!
Katie and Malcolm were great hosts and this place exceeded expectations. They were so accommodating and helpful, and made great food recommendations as well! It’s a perfectly sized space for two with everything you need, small but full kitchen and laundry on site. Beach towels and chairs and umbrella. Having this place as home base was great, with everything there is to do in Bermuda and as much moving around you can do, this is a perfect central spot along the south shore close to everything. The best part of the trip was falling asleep to the ocean/waking up to this view and having a private balcony to eat on. We made breakfast each morning and evene stayed in and cooked dinner a couple nights. There are a few other cottages in this Marley Beach development, but you don’t even know they’re there. The private beach was awesome and you can explore the beach and rocks to your wast and west, nobody else around. We could have stayed right here, never left the whole trip. Thanks again!

Piece of Heaven:)
Wonderful place to be for a vacation... You get to watch the whales and the view of the ocean. Your minutes away from the city of Hamilton and Bermuda transit is just outside your door... Restaurants in Bermuda are the best, you have many options too. Locals never steered us wrong for where to go to eat. Highly recommend to stay here while your on vacation, you won't be disappointed :)

Great location, incredible view
Katie and Malcolm were superb hosts, going out of their way to accommodate us. The south coast of Bermuda is about the most beautiful sight in the world, and you wake up looking out over the amazing colors and the sun rising right up over the horizon. The studio is in a great location if you're exploring the south coast- close to all the amazing beaches, Gibb's Hill lighthouse, not too far from the Dockyard, Hamilton, etc. Fantastic!
