Would be nice to have somebody at the front desk when you arrived. The walls and floors need to be insulated more. You could hear noise from the other rooms.

This hotel was nice. I had no complaints about the room at all. The problem was the service. There was no one at the desk for quite some time when I needed to check in. I called and no one answered. When someone finally arrived, there was no apology for the long wait. Then, it was as if no one realized they had a breakfast facility which needed tending to. We and others constantly had to ask for food and supplies as they did not stay on top of keeping items stocked.

when i took a shower the first morning there were washclothes from the previous resident hanging on the shower curtain when I mentioned it to the front desk they said ok then they never cleaned my room that day, when I got back I had to ask for clean towels and they took their time getting there. FYI the washclothes I reported were still there Not impressed with the cleanliness or their actions when concerns were expressed

Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a disappointment. Low carb options were a piece of fruit or a refrigerated omlet to microwave. Guest laundry needs more information on how to use. Please put up to date instructions on the wall about the detergent dispenser.

Do not book this hotel!!! Items from our room were stolen. Small little items like a shirt, some makeup, and prescription medication were a few of the items taken. Hotel said no proof of the staff taking the items but the items were there in the morning and gone when we got back that night.

This was a nice surprise, there aren't many hotels of this type in the area (we wanted to stay near the Letchworth State Park). It was clean, spacious and generally good value.

Really nice place! And you couldn’t beat the price we paid for a suite! Everything was really clean and the staff was so friendly. Ample free parking, close to the town, and the free breakfast was good and did the trick for us. Would definitely stay here again if and when we’re in the area. Thank you!

We had two rooms and one room did not have a working television. We were told we would have to call Expedia to get a discount because we were not supposed to be placed in that room. Also when I unfolded my towel, I found a booger on the towel. This was the last towel available as we had a large party. The service was about average as staff was not always available at the front desk. The night’s stay was quiet and friendly. We got a good nights sleep besides a couple setbacks.

Perfect stay!
This hotel was exceptionally clean comfortable. The staff and their service were friendly and excellent. The breakfast was excellently done too! I don't have enough nice things to say about this stay. Wonderful!
