We booked a king suite and a crib because we had our granddaughters staying with us. When I checked in I was asked to write down the names of the all the people who were staying in the room. I’ve never had to do that before and thought it was strange. We attempted to watch the tv but the remote wouldn’t work. The front desk lady came to try to fix it but was unsuccessful after multiple attempts and offered to give us a different room which we declined because all of our stuff was everywhere. I pulled down the sheets on the bed to find a multitude of hairs on the sheets and there was a yellow stain on them. At that point we requested a new room. We tried to call the front desk to make the request but the phone did not work so I went down there. She was helping another person and said she would bring us a key soon. Fortunately the new room was right next door. It was a hassle to move but it was better than sleeping on dirty sheets. She was very nice about it but it was still a chore with two young children. Make sure you don’t get room 207 if you go there. Honestly the only reason we chose this hotel is because of the price and because of the king suite. Next time we will pay a little more to get a nicer place.
