The Space:

Tucked into a forested lot just off of Sunset Beach, this beautiful Warrenton vacation rental is a luxurious home great for multi-generational groups. Spacious and with plenty of deck space for outdoor mingling and a bright interior for indoor socializing, this home welcomes its guests with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and an open floor plan. Amenities include free WiFi, cable, a DVD player with an in-home selection of movies, board games for all ages, and a Ping-Pong table. Bring the party outside with plenty of seats, a grill, and great views. Get the fireplace going while you watch TV or a movie.



Cook a full meal in the large kitchen with enough room for multiple guests to cook together. Outside or in, you'll find plenty of seating for everyone. After dinner, go outside for some stargazing in the backyard. The master suite includes a futon for parents who want to share the room with their children, with an en-suite bathroom. Two of the rooms share a bathroom with a jetted tub for the ultimate relaxing experience. (Please note that the bunk beds pictured are for owner use only.) If you're bringing infants, this home is ready with a crib, a Pack N' Play, and a high chair. There's a beautiful open playroom for the kids to enjoy some of their own social time as well! Everything was perfect - the only comment would be regarding a high amount of dust on all artificial plants and misc decor, as well as noting pre existing stains. But the house fit our vacation perfectly.

Beautiful spacious house with nice livingroom and kitchen. The beach is a fairly wild narrow walk through the woods, but we walked the road instead and it was nice. Down the highway a few miles was a nice Oregon gift shop with marionberry pie which was definitely worth the calories.

Hidden Treasure indeed!

We really did enjoy your stay. The house is beautiful nice room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was great. The only concern was the potholes in the road coming in from the main road. Being gravel they were rather full and we didn’t see them the first time around. After the rain, however they were pretty easy to spot. Other than that, everything was great.

Everything was great the house was wonderful the two complaints I lost a pair of headphones and earbuds and got a sinus infection after two days out here and never had one before so that was a bummer but I would say one of the best vacation with family I have had in a long time

Could be nice...but

Cons: 1. We booked with the ability to have three beds and a pull out couch. Arrived later in the evening and were ready to go to bed, but there was no pull out couch! This did not accommodate our family and was an inaccurate description. Horrible sleeping! 2. the bedding in the master was dirty and did not look clean (long black hair in the sheets). The comforter has multiple stains; the throw pillows have multiple stains. These should be cleaned or thrown out!3. The second night we bought steaks and decided to grill. However, the grill was extremely dirty! And the propane was very low so we decided against it. Not the vacation we were hoping for.4. Other issues: dirty glasses in the cupboard, reclining couches were broken, countertops were chipped at all corners and missing trim, the second step up to the door was very loose, and all the stairs were slippery. We were also not super excited about the pothole dirt road leading up to the house. The Wi-Fi password was listed wrong, so we had to call to figure out why it wasn't working. The maintenance was a low priority (gutters were so full the rainwater was spilling over); cleaning was lacking.Pros: 1. thoughtful labels on all the doors and lights; 2. soaps and shampoo; 3. nice layout; lots of blankets. There was one weird thing with a double bunk bed with a sign on it that says "for owner use only." This is not pictured in the listing so be aware of this if you have young children and are expecting to leave them in the

Great family house!

We loved this house! Everything was spotless, the linens nice, and the beds comfy. The house was well stocked with all the lights and drawers labeled, something I've never seen and really appreciated. The layout of the house was wonderful, my kids loved the foosball table. The location is very quiet and perfect for our family. We rode bikes to a sweet coffee shop and to the beach, and enjoyed the easy access to the Fort to Sea trail. We loved our stay and look forward to returning next year!

Nice house, well equipped, comfortable king bed in master. There were several dirty glasses in the cupboards that had to be washed to use. Shower. Curtain in upper bathroom needing replaced. Some moldy residue. Overall a good stay. Thank you

6 friends came to town to go to the Festival of Dark Arts at Ft. George Brewery in Astoria. We had a great time at this house. The beds are great quality, something that is rare in rental houses.

Clamming

Although the clamming was cold , rainy, and miserable, our stay was wonderful. The first night a smoke detector was going off and we searched for a very long time trying to find out which smoke detector it was. We finally found it. It was in a cabinet in the washer dryer room. We have no idea who put it there. Other than the beeping driving us completely crazy before we found the culprit, it was a wonderful place to stay and I will book it again on a next visit if it is available and at that price.

Great location and great house

The house overall was awesome. Privacy for the two couples was great. Our only issue was the smart lock on door. A stuggle for the first two days then it worked fine. I would say you need another toaster as the one there does not pop up. Overall, a great trip.

Get away with family

We came to visit our l son that lives Portland OR. This house was clean well maintained and comfortable. We came with our daughter and her 2 1/2 years old son. The multi levels made it enjoyable for all. This family has thought of all the things needed for a fun vacation.

Great stay near the beach

Wonderful home about a mile hike from the beach. We stayed here for work and loved the location. Would recommend it and stay again! The house is super nice!

Astoria escape

Everything in the unit was great, Check-in and out was terrible due to poor cell coverage and lock situation. Front door automatic lock misfunctioned as well as the other two key box locks. Took over an hour with property manager to get in as well as over a half hour to leave as locks combos and there ware many DID NOT WORK. See my comments to property manager.
