The property offers a great layout for groups or two families with 1 master bedroom with ensuite and a loft with a full bathroom and access to a detached studio apartment with it’s own kitchen and bathroom above the garage. Just minutes from Blueberry Lake, Warren Village, and Sugarbush Ski resort. Please note: home sleeps 6 people comfortably and up to 8 people with additional air mattress provided.

Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont.

Access to whole property however the garage is not for guest parking
Please note that there is an external security camera that faces the driveway.

An AWD/4WD vehicle with snow tires is strongly recommended during winter.
There is very little public transportation in the Mad River Valley. All of our guests typically drive at least one or more vehicles.
