I was a little upset when I received a call about my card declining especially when I was under the impression that the card I used was to hold the reservation and I would pay in full upon arrival (which I did), this is the reason I chose the location. It was also disturbing that there was a full remodeling going on and the handicap parking was blocked that was close to the door and I was not made aware of this. We had issues with our toilet and the service person seemed to be upset the second time he had to come up and said it was our fault for putting to much toilet paper in the toilet, he was very short and rude (it is 1 ply paper and there were three adults in the room). And we had issues getting enough towels during our stay. Over all besides all that the stay was nice.

We do a pre authorization on all third party reservations unfortunately so that is what that was about. I know it seems unfair but it is policy and my staff was just doing their job. As for the remodel, I do apologize that it was not made clear to you but we are working as quickly as possible to get through the renovation to get back to normal. Now for the maintenance crew, that was unacceptable and I will be passing this along and having it handled accordingly. I cannot apologize enough. Please know these issues are not common and I hope they do not deter you from coming back and giving us another try. We appreciate you and look forward to hopefully having you stay with us again soon. Take care.

We enjoyed staying at this La Quinta and found that we had a wonderful room for the price. The huge sofa and sitting area on the 4th floor worked out perfectly, the staff was kind and welcoming, and the afternoon baked cookies were a warm touch. We would have given 5 stars if there wasn't an area under construction, but it never impeded our plans.

There wasn’t much parking because they are renovating but we had a quiet renovated room that was just what we needed. Breakfast had a lot of options. The pool and pool room were FREEZING! Right by a Buc-ees too! Good for a quick stay.

The staff is top notch, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The room is getting a little bit worn but they are starting a remodel so I imagine that will be addressed soon. The breakfast is probably our favorite part of staying there. The lady in charge does a fantastic job keeping the food cooked and coming out. She also cleans up the area spotless! Give her a raise!! The hotel is convenient to all centerville and Warner Robins has to offer. The suite we booked was comfortable and roomy with a nice bed to sleep in. The only downside for us personally is the pets.. There was a dog a in a room a few doors down that barked all day. (The owners must have left it there unattended) That proved annoying to us. I rent a room for peace and quiet, not wanting to hear dogs barking. But that's just me I suppose. Other than that small item it's a very nice hotel to stay at.

There was mold in the ice bucket in our room and mold in the shower. The tiles in the bathroom did not have calk so when stepped on them, tiles moved which was unsafe in using toilet and shower. When told front desk, said the response was the property would be renovating soon - not addressing the situation.

While there are times things like this happen, it does not excuse it at all. I wish you would have said something to the front desk as soon as you noticed these issues, we would have definitely changed your room and made sure that things were better for you. And, although it seems like another excuse, we absolutely are going through renovations now to fix all of these issues. Again, I am truly sorry that your stay with us was like this. If you are ever in the area again, we would love for you to give us another try to see us at our full potential.

At check-in we received the room furthest away from the elevators on the top floor and then, we discovered that the TV did not work. So, we had to move to the room next door. Also, these rooms had curtains which would not close to prevent the parking lot light which was at the same height as these rooms from shining into the room. I suspected, we received these rooms because the Expedia discount was significant. However, the room was clean; the staff friendly; and breakfast was excellent.

The blackout curtains for the windows are located behind the shear curtains not the ones in front. I'm sorry for the confusion, I know that must have been extremely frustrating. I requested first floor because of my injured leg The hotel wasn’t busy but I still didn’t get first floor. Tv didn’t work elevator didn’t work through out our stay and I had to go up and down the fire stairs all day. It’s awful! $100 deposit had to pay and Expedia didn’t mention anything about it! Breakfast too short and everything was gone quickly. Pool indoor but extremely cold. Will not go back there

Thank you for choosing La Quinta. I'm so sorry to hear that your stay was so awful. Let me express my sincerest apologies. After checking into your reservation, I see that you did not book a suite which currently are the only rooms types we have on the first floor. We were at 95% capacity for the weekend so unfortunately we would not have been able to change the room type. As for the elevator, we are currently working to get that repaired. I know that is little comfort and I'm so sorry you were stuck taking the stairs. The deposit is 100% refundable. It was not a charge but a hold in case something happened or you needed to charge something to the room since you did pay through a third party. I'm sorry that Expedia did not mention this but it is hotel policy. Again, it was just a hold and will drop off you account as soon as possible, please just check with your bank. I'm sorry breakfast wasn't what it could have been. Breakfast runs for 2 hours each morning before check out. Our breakfast attendant works alone and was I'm sure doing the best she could under the circumstances since we were very busy this weekend.Again, I'm so sorry your stay went so awfully. This is not what we strive for and can definitely do much better. We are starting renovations later this month and we hope that once it is complete that you will give us another chance and see us at our full potential.

Great spot when traveling with a dog. Quiet rooms, comfortable bed, food breakfast. Despite there being many dogs at this hotel it was very quiet and clean. Great value for money. Will stay again.
