We acknowledge that the budget rooms are older in style but at the price that they are offered, one would require the equivalent mental capacity of a soggy cornflake to expect a room at the Sebel was on offer. Our cleaners indicated that the room had been fully occupied, which would dismiss your claim of sleeping in your car. Also if you had bother to read the leaflet in the room, you would have become aware of a pervading odour that has plague the entire town for some weeks. It does not emanate from our property nor are we responsible. A factory some distance away is currently, under the direction of the EPA, undertaking works to resolve the issue. The carpet, which you describe as 20 years old is in fact 12 months old and you are merely trying to gild the lillee. Our cleanliness score is a significantly strong factor in our overall score, which again makes your other claims look very weak. I would suggest that you undertake activities that may make the very large gap between your beer budget and champagne taste lessen to some degree.
