The main house is situated on the upper floor, showcasing stunning lake views from the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas. Open the sliding doors and let the surrounding mountains embrace you — in the evening, enjoy watching the lights of walkers heading up Mt. Roy or the ski groomers on Treble Cone. A log burner in the living room will keep you toasty on cooler autumn and winter nights, adding a touch of traditional charm to your stay.

Upstairs, you`ll find three cozy bedrooms, comfortably sleeping six guests. The master bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe and a private sunny nook, originally a sewing room, providing a peaceful retreat. There`s also a queen room and a twin room, each with wardrobes for your convenience. All rooms feature double-glazed windows, electric blankets, and panel heaters to ensure a warm and comfortable stay.

The recently refurbished bathroom features a shower over the bath, and there`s a separate powder room for added convenience. The well-equipped kitchen has all the modern amenities you need to prepare home-cooked meals, which you can enjoy indoors or alfresco on the back deck under the grapevine — perfect for evening meals or morning coffee.

The garage has room for one small car, as well as ample room for bikes and ski gear. You`ll also have access to a washer and dryer on the property for your convenience as well as a 2nd bathroom.
