It`s just a 15-minute stroll to Wanaka`s cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful lakefront, while also offering one of the most convenient locations for easy access to the ski fields in winter. Treble Cone, Cardrona, and Snow Farm are all approximately 45 minutes away.

Bedrooms
• Bedroom 1: King bed with a brand-new premium mattress, walk-in wardrobe, and private ensuite with shower and toilet.
• Bedroom 2: Brand-new queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: Two brand-new single beds.
• Bedroom 4: Two brand-new king single beds.

Living Area
Relax in the spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area featuring stylish new furnishings, a Smart TV, a cosy gas fireplace, board games, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day exploring Wanaka.

Heating:
The living area is heated by a Gas fire and heat pump, with a heat transfer system that distributes warm air to three bedrooms.
The master enjoys all-day sun and is naturally warm, but for added comfort, there is a separate portable heater for the master—or any bedroom if guests would prefer extra warmth. We want to make sure everyone stays cosy during their stay.


Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, rice cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the essentials. Tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt, and pepper are provided.


Oversize garage, Koralp 6 Pair Boot drying system + Drying cupboard:
The property features a spacious oversized garage with plenty of room to store all your sporting equipment after a day of adventure. Designed with skiers, snowboarders, and outdoor enthusiasts in mind, the garage includes dedicated ski and snowboard racks, making it easy to unload and organise your gear.
After a day on the slopes, take advantage of our commercial-grade Koralp 6-pair boot drying system—the same trusted technology used by leading ski shops around the world. It quickly and gently dries up to six pairs of ski boots, snowboard boots, hiking boots, wet shoes, and gloves overnight, so everything is warm, dry, and ready for your next adventure.
For even greater comfort, we`ve also installed a custom-built drying cupboard—the Rolls-Royce of drying systems. It`s perfect for drying jackets, snow pants, gloves, helmets, and any other damp gear, ensuring everything is ready for the next day`s adventures. This is a fantastic feature.

Coffee
Start your morning with a freshly brewed coffee from the Nespresso machine, or enjoy a traditional plunger coffee before heading out for the day.

Laundry
A washing machine and dryer are available for guest use and are conveniently located in the garage.
