The flowers planted in the backyard garden were impressive. The TV was small and the facilities seemed a bit old, but there were no inconveniences in using it.

Hi Ivo, thank you for taking the time to post your review, we really enjoyed having you as a guest. Yes, we are an older property as per photos online, and there would have been little inventory available as Wanaka is a popular destination during the Christmas/New Year Holiday season. Your reservation was made almost a week prior to your arrival, and as per our automated emails, you had reserved a two bedroom apartment, fairly priced for a four guest stay, as opposed to a couple. You seemed more than happy with this information when you asked for details here in the office.We are sorry to hear that the room was not to your expectation, we would have been more than happy to provide you more supplies if requested during our several conversations and evening phone call. We hope that you are enjoying the rest of your holiday here in New Zealand, our best wishes for 2024.
