ALL GUESTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES AS A REQUIREMENT FOR ALL RESERVATIONS. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OTHERWISE. PLEASE INQUIRE PRIOR TO BOOKING IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS/CONCERNS ABOUT THESE RULES. THANK YOU.
***PLEASE NOTE: In order to complete your reservation, we require a signed rental agreement and a copy of a photo ID .
Age Restriction:
•The guest that books the reservation must be at least 25 years old
Respect your neighbors:
•No smoking, parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette gatherings, get-togethers, hangouts, or the like.
•No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
•Neighborhood enforced quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM
•No loud music, voices, or any other loud noises during quiet hours. Please be respectful of the permanent residents who are your neighbors at all times.
Guest Restrictions:
•Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property.
•Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will incur a FEE of $50 per night/ per extra guest.
•Visitors must vacate the property by 10 PM each day.
•The maximum number of occupants is 4 at all times, with 2 adults maximum, unless prearranged with Advanstay.
Check-in and Check-out:
•Please follow check-in and out instructions
•Check-in is 4-8 PM and checkout by 11 AM (or by special permission in writing).
FEE: Unapproved Late Check-Out fee: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
•Self-check-in with smart lock or as equipped
No Smoking, Vaping, or Drug Use:
•Smoking on the property, of any kind, will incur a FEE of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher.
•There is NO smoking/vaping in the unit, balcony, or within 100’ of the building.
Loss Fees:
•Loss of the Garage Door remote will result in a $250 Charge
•Loss of Building Key or Key Fob will result in a $200 charge
•Loss of a TV remote will result in a $100 charge
Property:
•Bath Sink: Please do not wash dishes in this sink, use the Kitchen sink.
•Kitchen Disposal: Please no bones, egg shells, paper towel, or other non-food items.
•Toilet: Please no flushing of wipes or sanitary napkin products.
•Washer/Dryer: Please do not overload. See instructions on site.
•Be respectful: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. Please let us know if any breakage or damage occurs, as it is best for both Guest and Host.
Pets:
NO Pets are allowed on the property at any time without the prior written consent of Advanstay. Some of our units are pet (DOG-ONLY) friendly, others are not. Violation of the "no pets" stipulation is grounds for immediate removal without refund. The following conditions must be met:
•Only Dogs 25 lbs (or less), that are well behaved and house-trained are allowed on the property.
•Breed restrictions apply. The building has a strict policy of NOT allowing the following breeds: Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, or Wolf-hybrids.
•A pet FEE of $20 per pet/ per night, will apply to all pet-included reservations. For "unstated" pets not on the reservation or previously disclosed, there will be a $50 per pet/ per night FEE. PLEASE DO NOT BRING UNSTATED PETS ON THE PROPERTY.
•Please, no pets on the furniture or bed… be respectful of our future guests.
•We require bi-monthly cleanings (at guest expense) provided by our cleaning team, for long-term Guest stays.
•A pet remediation FEE of $250 minimum will be charged for any damage beyond normal, reasonable use--including pet messes not cleaned up by guest at the end of your stay.
•Please be respectful of the building and neighborhood, ALWAYS pick up after your dog.
•Please have your pet leashed in common areas at all times.
•Pet type: sorry Cat lovers, we can not accept cats. Other "pet" types may be allowed with permission. Please inquire.
Safety:
•Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
•Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
•We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
Video & Noise Monitoring:
•For Guest safety there is video monitoring in building common areas. The apartment utilizes a smart video doorbell to monitor the exterior public hallway area.
•To eliminate any neighbor complaints, there is a noise monitoring device within the apartment, which only measures sound levels.
•Tampering with any security device including cameras, locks, noise monitoring devices, etc. is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate dismissal without refund.
• Monitoring devices are active at all times 24/7.
Cleaning Service:
For stays longer than 2 weeks, we require "mid-stay" cleanings by our professional cleaning team, at Guest expense. This is a full service clean that includes fresh linens and towels. Please inquire about discounted pricing.
