Here's the good:Plenty of space for 7 adults,nice view of lake, nice patio area, screened in porch, good furniture, big dining table, great bath and beach towels, fish cleaning house, easy access to dock, beds fairly comfortable, plenty of yard area, plenty of parking.Here's the not so good:Toaster had bread stuck in it from previous guests & we had to unplug it to get it to pop up.The upstairs shower had a visible hair ball in the drain. (Multiple light bulbs burned out. Bags of garbage left in the garage when we arrived, which we thought was causing the terrible odor, but I think it must be a dead rodent.The ping pong paddles were worn, the leg kept falling off the foosball table. The fire table on the patio wouldn't stay lit. We had 1 working roku remote for 4 TVs. I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get it fixed then someone showed up the next day to try and fix it and left us with 1 working remote and one worn out remote that worked sometimes. We got 1 new one a few days later only because they brought some draino to drop off to clear the shower drain.. The screened in porch was great and a few of us readers spent alot of time there, but I had to vacuum on the first day because the cobwebs were so thick it was gross. One screen was torn around one whole side and 1 had a big hole in it. There was no salt in the softener. No easy way into water (steps would be nice). I would love to stay here again but it needs some maintenance and a better cleaning crew.
