Wonderful Cape med Stunning Waterviews og solnedganger

Waterviews fra nesten alle rom! Denne eiendommen er omgitt av høye furutrær ligger ved vannkanten, er på 3 dekar. En screenet i våpenhuset gir seg til å spise mens du ser overveldende solnedganger. Den accessibilty til samfunnet dock er rett utenfor vår eiendom og gir mulighet for båtliv og kajakk lansering. En forankring er en mulighet for leie. Første etasje har et åpent konsept hvor kjøkken og stue ikke er separert. Den har også et stort soverom med en dronning og et bad med en klo fot badekar. Hiet med TV og sovesofa, foajé / spisestue og gjørme rom fullbyrde første etasje. Den andre etasje har 2 soverom, ett som også er en mester med dronning og ett med enkeltsenger. Et bad og sittegruppe med futon kan også bli funnet på dette nivået.

Spill tennis på banen, bade i dammen, sykkel langs vannkanten eller kajakk til hjertet ditt innhold! Hvis du bare vil lese, deretter bosette seg i de gule Adirondack stoler ved vannkanten. Bestill hummer fra Harlan, vår hummerfisker, og har ham slippe dem av på kaien!

Serenity Now

Great week at Jutta's place. Private setting with great views. Accommodations were perfect for us. Great food close by at Moodys, Delanos, Rt 220 Mkt, and Wallaces. Eagles galore along with seals. Very relaxing and enjoyed every minute- wish we were still there!!

Peaceful Spot, Beautiful Home

We came up for a local wedding but decided to add on some extra days to the trip. What a beautiful location, clean and well stocked accommodations, and much attention to personal comfort. This rental home was perfect for relaxation and some much needed family time. Hope to return another time.

Beautiful, Quiet, Peaceful

This lovely home on the water instantly felt like home to our family. The house and the surrounding property are absolutely stunning and the views are unforgettable, especially the sunsets. The pictures of the home and the property in the VRBO listing do not do the listing justice - both are much better in person than expected. A family member said, "This is the most beautiful place I have ever been!" Our family created forever memories here. The home is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay including cooking your own meals (including a large efficient lobster pot setup to cook 10 lobsters or more at one time!). If you are looking for the consummate Maine coastal experience, our family highly recommends Trixi's place.

Magical

Our family vacation was perfect. Jutta’s Place is so beautiful. The house was perfect for our family. The views of the water and the peacefulness of the location was perfect. The beauty of the nightly sunsets over the water was always an “event”. Waldoboro is a small sweet little Maine town. It was easy to get to places that we wanted to explore. We will be back!

Another incredible stay here. We had wonderful accommodations, great weather and new adventures. Visited the Botanical Gardens, had a great tour of Portland that included several lighthouses (The Real Portland Tour), took a cruise on Boothbay Harbor (Capt’n Fish’s) and delicious breakfast at Moody’s diner.

Thanksgiving on Maine Coast

Beautiful home on the coast in Waldoboro Maine. Everything on the listing was accurate. Well stocked kitchen. Everyone loved the beds. Not too far from Route 1, we have stayed much farther in Port Clyde which takes twice as long to get to from Route 1. Nice residential development with pond with beach area and tennis court for summer activity. Will probably rent again!!

Perfect Spot

Driving in to Ice Pond Estates on to the dirt/gravel road, we were struck by the feeling that we’d entered in to another time and place. Past the tennis court, and up by the pond, we arrived at the roundabout with the lovely tree in the middle and pulled into the driveway to Jutta’s Place. The house is charming. It’s warmly decorated, clean, comfortable, and has everything one would ever need. Our old dog loved her many walks along the roads of the estate, as did we. There is no scent more lovely than the musky sweet scent of the Maine fall woods. The ambiance, attention to making guests feel at home, and the proximity to many nearby lovely Maine towns/villages made Jutta’s Place a perfect spot. We hope to return!

Junta’s Place

The house was wonderful, a beautiful location on the cove. It provided many opportunities for beautiful sunsets, eagles flying overhead and lobster boats at work. The house is completely stocked with items I didn’t need to pack. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Family fun week.

We loved the location, close to all the places we wanted to visit. The view was just amazing, we loved watching the lobster boats. We watch the bald eagles fly over the house. The art work in the house was amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. Another plus was being so close to Moody's Diner, a favorite of ours.

beautiful home in a fabulous location

We've stayed in and explored many great places along the Maine coast over the years, but this property and setting were among the best. The home is really nice and comfortable, in a quiet community. For boaters and kayakers it offers great access to the water via a community dock, available mooring and nearby launches. And lobsters are readily available from the local waterman. Couldn't be better.

If you are lucky enough to rent Trixi’s place, you will not be disappointed! This rental feels like home and is a good sized, roomy, comfortable home on a woodland property with a spectacular water view. The house is airy, spacious, comfortable and wonderfully decorated. We had 5 adults and 3 kids ages 10,11,and 12 and we had plenty of room to do our own thing or to gather together. The kids were in heaven, riding their bikes to Flippers convenient store, kayaking, fishing, lying in the hammock and enjoying the camp like atmosphere of the property. We used the house as a home base to visit our favorite places in Wiscasset, Bar Harbor and Damariscotta (best oysters in the world!).We went on family fishing trips, on Reel Action charter fishing out of Portland as well as a seal and oyster cruise (Darmisacotta) and the Cabbage Island Clambake(Boothbay Harbor). We went to the Botanical Gardens, Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, a cheese farm and ate at The Newcastle Inn and had pie at Moody’s. When our week at Trixi’s was over, we headed north to explore Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, just a few hours north on Highway 1. We loved the hummingbirds and wildlife on the property and the views are beyond beautiful. We took lots of photos and videos. We highly recommend this property!!

Just what we wanted!

“Jutta’s Place” was everything the listing promised. The setting was beautiful, the house was clean and warm, and we could all spread out when we wanted to and gather in the kitchen when we wanted to nibble. I had to do some cooking for a nearby family gathering, and I found all the pots and pans I needed. I can imagine the table on the screen porch would get a lot of use in warmer months. We loved it!

Gorgeous house and views

This is the second time we've stayed at Jutta's Place, and it was just as beautiful as the first time. The interior of the house is immaculate and very comfortable. The house offers beautiful views of the water and is set in a very peaceful location. Trixi is a wonderful host, and she was very responsive.

10+ Stars for peaceful and relaxing!!

The pictures did not do this beautiful location justice. If you are looking to get away from it all this is the perfect place to be. Quiet and peaceful is an understatement. Watching the seals, eagles, even a huge sturgeon jumped in the water. Breathtaking beauty. Sunsets were incredible. The house had everything we needed and certainly plenty of room to spread out. Nearby Jameson Lobster Company and the Ginger Mousse Bakery are highly recommended on your visit. Just a short distance away are multiple quaint towns to explore.

Peaceful Comfort With A Beautiful View

My husband, son, mother-in-law, and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was immaculate and the views from the living area and all bedrooms were great. We were able to enjoy and photograph the beautiful sunsets. We also loved the screened in porch which allowed us to take in the scenery while having a meal, playing games, or reading. For those that may need to connect to the office while visiting or binge watch Netflix after a long day of touring, the internet connection was excellent. Trixi was great at answering any questions that I had prior to and during the trip and she made check in and check out a breeze. When staying in rental homes, I always bring along a bag spices, foil, zip clock bags etc. but Trixi already had the kitchen already stocked full of those items. From the property we took day trips to Acadia, Camden, and Booth Bay Harbor.

Beauty, Peace and Comfort

My 3-generation family enjoyed this property from day one. The house is lovely and styled for living. The environment created by the gardens and salt bay provided hours of enjoyment. I have rented vacation homes in Maine for years but this one had the feel of being home.

Even better than the pictures!

My husband, dog, and I just got back from an incredible week here- we didn’t want to leave! Jutta’s place was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable, and important for us - very private and quiet. We were treated to gorgeous views, especially sunsets on the porch. We were able to hike, bike, and kayak (right from the nearby dock) a lot thanks to the great location - and we spent a lot of time just hanging out because the place was so lovely and comfortable. The host was very quick to respond to a question we had about the internet (no problems), the kitchen was as well-stocked as promised, and the house was clean, cozy, and well-supplied. It was heaven and we can’t wait to get back.

Magical Waterfront Escape

My friends and I had such an amazing time at Trixi’s beautiful secluded home on the bay. The home was well equipped for enjoying the local seafood, for relaxing indoors and out, and the private location made it so you didn’t have to see a single outside person if you didn’t want to. Despite being so peaceful, all of the amenities that you would want on a Maine vacation (lobsters, oysters, ice cream, sail boat rides, excellent butchers and fishmongers, etc) are all within a 25 minute drive. The view from the house of the sunset every night alone gives this property a 5 star review all the way!
