Waterfront!!! Gentle sloping beach highlights this updated waterfront home!
Walk out the sliding glass doors directly on to your private sandy beach on Belleau Lake. Place your chair so your toes are in the water as you relax at the waters edge. The sandy bottom water gradually slopes out to about four feet at the end of the dock. For the more adventurous they can swim out to your own private swim platform.
When taking a break from all the outdoors has to offer, sit on the covered patio adjacent to the beach, a great place to have lunch, hot off the stainless steel grill. Upstairs take a nap on the three season porch that has two day beds for checking your phone or watching the boats go by. In the evening the kids love changing the colors of the “party lights” that add a little fun to the atmosphere. When actually making it inside the house you will find a new living room set, with a love seat and sofa that has a pull out memory foam full size bed, and don't forget the 50 inch wall mounted television.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed with room to walk around the bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds (twin), and a full size bed. The lower level of home has a foosball table, an air hockey table and an area for games and cards. Please remember that this is a family atmosphere and we would like to rent to families for a great family vacation!!
We recently added a map and video of Belleau lake. This home is located in the area marked as Skippers cove. The video of the lake is the island off shore of the northern part of the lake, called Shelter cove. This is a smaller NH lake that is full of pontoon boats, fishing boats, smaller motor boats and 3 place jet skis. Also not to be out done by the swimming, kayaks and canoes seen all over the lake!!!!

We have continuously made improvements on our home, and would love for you to share in this. We have added sleeping choices among other things this past year, but have not increased the number of guests in the listing. This is because we are on a septic system and cannot overload its capabilities, so enjoy all the improvements and choices but please respect the number of guests allowed. For any questions or exceptions, please contact us.

The Perfect Lakehouse!
This property was all you hope for when booking a lake house with family. The views were beautiful, and the lake and beach were perfect for swimming. The property has everything you need for a great stay, from kayaks to canoes, a paddle board, fire pit, Blackstone and a gas grill. The owners also supplied household necessities and even a welcome basket with some special treats! We were there with family from age 8 through 73 and we all had an amazing time and great memories were made. The host was also extremely responsive and great communication , always available to answer any questions.

Perfect week on the lake!
Our family (including 3 young kids) enjoyed our week at this lovely, clean property! The lake is quiet, and the beach right out the back door was so convenient! The house has everything you could ever need or want. Lots of games and books for all ages, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach toys, outdoor games, and all kinds of boats/floats (our family favorites were the pedal boat, kayaks, and paddle board!). Nightly fires on the beach were wonderful. Would highly recommend this house! Thank you Sirois family!

Outstanding property!
This was a great place to stay for our family of 6! The lake is great and super quiet, the beach is fantastic to relax right on the water and lots of chairs to lounge on. Lots of options for going in the water - tubes, kayaks, canoes plus the raft/swim dock just off the shore. So many games and things to do on days when it was rainy. Our adult kids had a blast here. Also the hosts were very responsive and helpful!

Super-fun fall getaway
Everything was perfect! Very welcoming vibe from the minute we stepped in. Plenty of room and more games than you could use in a month! Outdoor amenities were great - did a fire pit every night and watched the Pat's game outside. The owners were very responsive. Can't say enough!

The PERFECT place!
I will agree entirely with the prior reviewer who didn’t want to spread the word about this house! I want to commend the family but I also want to keep this gem a secret! For the last 10 years I’ve rented a different houses each year on different lakes. NEVER have I ever stayed at a better property. This is the one I’ll come back to! It checked every box for us and was a great place even on a rainy day. It was all the little things like sharp knives, Tupperware, storage space, extra blankets etc. The big things are obvious. The screen room was my spot! There weee so many boats and rafts to enjoy. The lake was warm. The beach was great. The neighborhood was quiet.

Don’t tell anyone
I really hesitate to tell the truth about Brian and Kristin’s place - because I’m afraid the secret will get out and we’ll never be able to book again. It’s the perfect spot. The beach is great for everyone (we had our soon-to-be-one-year-old daughter and three-year-old son) with the easy access into the clean water. The house had everything we could ever need and when we noted we’d have our baby with us, Brian and Kristin generously had a high chair and baby gate waiting for us. The welcome package was looooved by our son and us and exemplified the thoughtful touches throughout the house. We can’t wait to be back next summer. Thanks so much, Sirios Family!

An Amazing Lakefront Home & Vacation!!
We can't say enough great things about this fabulous lake house and our hosts Brian & Kristin. They were very accommodating and very easy and pleasant to deal with. They were simply the best!! Everything was very clean and fresh when we arrived. I believe they thought of everything you could imagine for you to have an Amazing vacation! A nice Welcome Basket full of awesome goodies was waiting for us when we came in. Outstanding accommodations with all the amenities you can think of, right down to the USB/Power outlets all throughout the home. A very spacious 1st floor with a great kitchen with everything you need. A living room with a huge tv and an amazing selection of games and books for all ages. Two spacious bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Each room had an air conditioner and fans to suit your comfort level. A cozy screened in porch with 2 more beds and dining table was great for dining with our friends. It has a fantastic view of the lake and great location. Downstairs has a huge space with even more beds and another huge tv and with even more games. (Air hockey, Foosball etc.) A full bath upstairs and down. A large washer & dryer. A sliding door takes you out on to the patio with yet another new huge tv and a sectional sofa with a sitting area for relaxing out of the sun. A new griddle that we put to use for some great breakfasts. There were plenty of watersports toys, kayaks, canoes and paddleboards. We really had everything we wanted to enjoy the water. An amazing sandy beach with a sandy bottom where you can walk almost all the way to the swim float. We really enjoyed the firepit at night too. It made for the perfect end to a perfect day. We had an amazing vacation and cannot wait to stay again. This is definitely the best place we have stayed.

Relaxing Vacation
We (4 adults and 2 toddlers) stayed at the lakehouse for a week in late June. Brian and Kristin were helpful and the welcome basket they provided was very thoughtful. The rental had plenty of toys and books to keep the young ones occupied. The flat top grill was used on many occasions and we really enjoyed the beach area during the day. The lake was peaceful and fairly quiet during our stay and we loved going out on the canoes, kayaks, and paddle board. We used the hammock and hammock chair a few times as well as the firepit to make delicious s'mores. Fishing was also terrific and we caught all types from bullheads and crappies to pickerels and largemouths. In the evening we relaxed on the lounge beds located on the screened in porch. Although the downstairs area had airhockey, Foosball, and other games, we hardly spent anytime indoors due to the nice weather. Having the washer and dryer along with the linens and towels provided was also a plus. We hope to be back someday!!

Absolutely Amazing!!
I don’t even know where to begin! We had such an amazing time at your beautiful lake house. The house has everything you could possibly need for cooking and everything you need for outdoor water activities. We loved just being able to float on the lake and watch boats and kayakers go by. Cant wait to come back!
We have stayed at many vacation rentals in NH and this was by far the best yet. First and foremost the communication with Brian was amazing. We went when Hurricane Henri was supposed to be hitting the area and Brian reached out a few days beforehand to put any worries about what may happen during/after the hurricane. Most important to us was that the home would be clean. This home was exceptional and made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The amenities provided go above and beyond. From the many games in the basement to the canoes, paddle board, kayaks and water floats there was so much for our family to do. The location was perfect and the lake was beautiful. It was so peaceful throughout the week, you would not even know there were neighbors. Our family made so many lasting memories here and we cannot wait to return.

“Our Lake House” Vacation
This was our second vacation on Lake Belleau at the Sirois residence. Brian & Kristin are the BEST hosts a family of five with two young children could have!! Their home supplied everything we needed & exceeded our expectations — from the s’more supplies to all the board games & the “game room” in the basement. The children as well as us adults always had things to do indoors & outdoors including water activities on the lake. We could have not asked for more!!
Their home is situated in a rural area but yet in close proximity for day trips. It was an awesome & relaxing week enjoyed by each & every one of us!!
I’m sure there will be a return visit in our not too distant future!! ❤️❤️❤️

Our 2021 vacation getaway
We could not have been happier with our accommodations this year. The house was clean with easy lake access, and our hosts provided many of the little conveniences not often included in a rental property. From the kitchen gadgets to the numerous water toys, we had everything we could have wanted and more. The house is located on a perfect site, only steps from a nice sandy beach on a quiet section of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed making s'mores (with the fixins from our welcome basket!) and sitting around the fire pit. There were multiple TV's and so many games that everyone was thoroughly entertained at all times. The enclosed porch was the perfect spot to play games on the one rainy afternoon we had. We look forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful place--perfect family vacation spot
We were so lucky to find this gem of a place. Kristin and Brian are incredible hosts. They are communicative and stock their place with absolutely everything you need. I packed way too much--all we needed were clothes and food; even beach towels are provided.
The lake is beautiful and quiet, especially during the weekdays (sometimes it felt like we were the only ones there! ) Our elementary aged kids loved the sandy beach and swimming platform (it is very shallow and perfect for swimming.). Lots of boats (kayaks, paddle boat, paddle board, canoes, life jackets, and even inflatables provided). And we were still entertained on our few rainy days with all the games and basement toys (foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, board games). Cable TV access (via Smart tv) and Wifi internet. Our Verizon cell reception was almost nonexistent but made for the perfect place to unplug.
Lots of close day trips to nearby Lake Winnespesaukee (30-45 mins), White Mountains (45 minutes), and beaches in Maine (1 hr 15 minutes).
You will not be disappointed in booking this place!

Wonderful Amenities and Beach
We were amazed by all of the games, toys, outdoor activities available to us during our stay. It's an ideal place for families with children. When our grandkids visited for an afternoon they felt like they were in a NH Disneyland with so much to do.

Lake house
This lake house has everything a family with young kids needs— beach, toys, games, books, great fishing and located close enough for day trips to Wolfeboro and Story Land.

Wonderful week
Enjoyed our week very much. The vacation home was very comfortable and relaxing. Everything was perfect. We swam in the lake every day and enjoyed the beach. We live in a condo now and don’t get to grill anymore so we took full advantage of the huge gas grill. Vacation home was well stocked with everything we needed. Already thinking about renting again next year. (Maybe 2weeks)

Wonderful autumn stay for family with kids
We had an amazing long weekend staying at Brian and Kristin’s lakefront home! They graciously accommodated our very last minute booking (the day before!), and their home is warm, welcoming, super clean, and perfectly outfitted for a family. Our kids loved the bunk beds, the soft blankets and pillows, the fun basement with ping pong and a giant connect four game, the s’mores supplies that came in our welcome basket, and the paddle boat that we spent hours in going across the lake. The adults loved that the board games and puzzles kept the kids busy so we could enjoy a cup of coffee by the lake each morning, gazing at the calm water and colorful foliage. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook with (spices, oil, Keurig coffee maker with pods, pots and pans, and even a waffle maker!). The lake is beautiful - perfect size for a leisurely kayak ride. It was exactly the peaceful, easy and comfortable family weekend that we needed. We will definitely be back!

Great Lake House Getaway!
My family of three and two friends had a wonderful weekend at this lake house on lake Belleau. The scenery is picturesque. The house was super clean. They had tons of games for the kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, fresh spices, and a keurig coffee maker. They even included a campfire kit with s’mores and fire flame color changers. Our only complaint would be that because it is a small wooden cabin, you do hear everything in the house. I would recommend earplugs if you want to sleep while other people are playing games downstairs. Overall, I would give this place 5 stars. Brian and Kristin were great hosts. Their attention to small details made our stay perfect.

Relaxing Fall vacation
This rental was the perfect place for me and my boyfriend. It gave me the sandy lakefront and screened in porch that I wanted and it gave my boyfriend a modern inside equipped with a huge flatscreen tv and a ping pong table. The house was well stocked with books, games and just about everything you need for the week. The owners were quick to respond when texted and they left a very nice welcome basket for us. We had a lovely week away at a great spot on the lake.

The sign on the wall says “grill and chill.” Yes we did—and we swam in the sweet clean lake which felt like being at a spa. The owners were very communicative and had thoughtfully provided everything we needed. We just brought our clothes and food and slipped right in. Bravo, Brian and Kristin

Our First Lake House Vacation!!
We usually prefer a beach vacation but during this difficult time we did NOT feel it was safe. So we explored what other options were available. We found the East Wakefield lake house of Brian Sirois on Lake Belleau. We went for it!!
Needless to say we ALL loved “our” lake house vacation. The house itself was perfect for a family of 5 with two small children. Having our own beach area was wonderful which allowed us to swim/float on the lake, jump off the dock , nightly campfires complete with s’mores (all the supplies provided by our hosts too, etc. Our grandson (6) fished just about every day & with those NH night crawlers did extremely well. 😊 And our granddaughter (4) took delight in playing with all the goodies in the cubbies provided by our hosts. As my daughter said “everything a mother of two small children was provided!”
The house was situated in fairly close proximity to other activities which we took advantage of. Such as outlet shopping in North Conway, day trip to Kennebunkport, ME, biking on the rail trails, swimming at Albee Beach, renting jet skis in Waterboro & boating on Three Ponds Lake to name a few.
We ALL definitely had a wonderful, relaxing vacation & look forward to a return visit sometime. We would even like to experience the lake house in the winter!!
