"Very efficient sleeping machine at the airport. No personal touch whatsoever, but also absolutely nothing to complain about. Room was as expected or better, actually fair size and very clean. Check in and out was using machine (I strongly prefer personal check in but was guided to machine).
You pay separately for a gym which was quite all right for a hotel. What looks like nice pools in the advertisement/pictures is of course an Onsen, which did not fit our needs as a family. We did not try the hotel buffet, but there are also a selection of other restaurants in the connected shopping mall. The hotel's location is perfect - 5 minutes indoor airconditioned walk into Terminal 3. All in all we were happy about the stay."
