«The property location was exactly what we wanted, easy access to the Wailea beachfront walking path and directly on the beach. We had a great time but if you are considering this place you need to go in with your eyes wide open. It was very pricey for how tired this unit is. It badly needs a full renovation. The tile is from the 1980's, the carpet is gross and crunchy. When we arrived late, it appeared someone had tried to break in the sliding doors and that set off numerous R&M emails ...

«Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and television worked. Everything was good. I didn't hear my neighbors. There is a shared lounge area where you can eat or sit and relax. Lots of snacks provided. Beach chairs, beach mat and beach towels were available. »

«Lovely stay at AC Marriott Wailea despite not-so-great weather. The staff was welcoming & helpful & the pool area and hot tub were lovely with a nice view. The facilities were clean and new. (Sometimes the poolside music got annoying, but staff was accommodating)»

They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space.
