«Enjoyed our stay in Waikaloa Village. We usually stay closer to the beach, but the Village is really a short drive. Nice neighborhood for walking/ shopping/ eating before heading to the beach. Quiet pool and hot tub area. No worries that the living room area doesn't have AC. Temps were pleasant and the AC in the bedrooms was a plus. We would definitely book this property again :) »

«We had a fantastic stay here. The resort is absolutely perfect, great location and amenities, it’s almost too good to leave to go exploring (but you have to!). The room, balcony and view was spectacular. If you are thinking of going here, stop thinking, just book it, and definitely upgrade to the Gold experience, it’s worth it. The private hostess, lounge, amenities, all top notch.»

«It took us 3 hours driving back and forth to get to our property. Our host did not give us clear instructions on our apartment. We’ve been driving from back and forth looking for the correct apartment. We’ve been directed to an occupied apartment as well. The communication was horrible!
