Set within Waikoloa Colony Villas at the Waikoloa Beach Resort, this two-story townhouse offers a peaceful balance of privacy and connection to the island’s best attractions. With no neighbors above or below, you’ll enjoy restful nights and open, airy living spaces filled with natural light. The interior features classic island style with local artwork, hand-carved furnishings, and thoughtful details that celebrate Hawaiian craftsmanship.



Sleeping Arrangements

Two spacious bedrooms each feature California king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and TVs for relaxed evenings. A large armchair in the living room converts into a twin bed, comfortably accommodating a fifth guest. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for restful sleep.



Kitchen & Dining

Prepare meals in a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for cooking. Gather around the dining table indoors or step onto the lanai for a casual meal beneath the island sky. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as cooking basics for convenience.
