My little dog felt very at home and made new friends I chose the cottage because well priced, fabulous location close to walks, waterfalls the river and beaches. The cottage is cosy and well equipped with all you need. Linley and Dan are welcoming hosts, very accomodating and friendly. Enjoyed my stay and went home refreshed»

«We loved our stay! The pictures don’t do it justice, it is such a beautiful little bach, less than 5 minutes drive to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need, and the air conditioner was a lifesaver on the hot summer evenings. 10/10 would reccomend.»

«We stayed 3 nights at this charming cottage. The cottage is beautifully furnished with a very comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is very cosy and warm and we found the whole experience very peaceful and relaxing, with great bird life and farm views. We will stay again soon. Thank you Leona.»

«This gorgeous cottage is filled with style, charm and attention to detail. So many extras such as family games, toys for little ones and the seperate kitchen was very well appointed and even had things like spices, eco friendly baking paper and glad wrap etc, which was so handy! «We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s a great rural setting with friendly donkeys. And close enough to the Karangahake gorge trails. The local swimming hole is a fun refreshing adventure. The house had everything you need and is very homely. Good selection of kids games and picture books.»

«The photos look really nice so it was a little bit of a surprise when we arrived to see it what it was actually like. Mould on the textured ceiling in the bedroom and found a flea in one of the beds (after waking up with bite marks), we don't have any pets so we definitely didn't bring it with us. The unit was full of the owners stuff which cluttered an already small space and made it difficult to find a place to put things. The carpet in the bedroom looked to be original and everything felt ...

«Niki was a lovely host and the cottage was a delight. It was warm and the lovely decor made it very cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the deck was a great place to sit in the sun. Walking around the beautiful orchard and lakes was very relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommended . «We were woken at 4am with car alarm going off. Thank god they didnt take our car. They tried. Should have security lights at front. Also state stairs as i am 79 had a hard time going up steps.»

«This place is immaculate. It is easy to feel ‘at home’ straight away. Everything we needed was there and the hosts were very helpful. Close to town and also to the lake. Waihi beach less than 10 minutes away and others not much further. The Hauraki Rail Trail so close. It was quiet and all in all, a great place to stay.»
