«Ive stayed here many times. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. The rooms are new and very clean!»

«I would definitely stay here again. I had an event close to the areas why I chose this hotel. I’ve never stayed at the best Western before, but after this trip, I would do it again. Upon arrival, Quisha.(Keisha) greeted me with such professionalism and courtesy that I had an experience in a very long time. She was ending a phone call at the front desk and I actually complimented on how well she handled the guest. I knew I had chosen the right hotel. I’m usually a 4.7 and above at choosing ...

«Clean place and comfortable beds. An old motor court that’s been updated. Heat and A/C both worked well. Bathrooms are very small, but adequate. Opened the door to a rather pungent room freshener, but it disappeared quickly. Owner/clerk spoke little to no English. Not a bad stay for the money!»

«Hyggelig betjening. Det var rent og pent. Vi overnattet her for vi skulle på rodeo i Cowtown. Kan anbefale dette hotellet.»

«Very clean, there was only one elevator working and long waiting times.»

«Fire alarm went off 5 times due to a mechanical failure. Then emergency lighting system inside our room continued flashing long after alarms subsided.»

«No complaints whatsoever ever»

«The property was clean and staff was friendly. But the breakfast was poor . The coffee was cold and only has eggs and some sausages and bagles and breads which does not taste good at all. And we got to the room, there were no cups and not even water. And the phone was not working. And the property was under construction. I was little disappointed.»

«The room was clean. The property felt safe. The river view was excellent. There are no recreational amenities besides the airport shuttle. This is an older motel style. There is a park adjacent to the building that has benches and walking trails. I only needed a place to rest, so it fit my need.»

«The room was considerably nicer than expected. It was newly renovated and super clean. The bed was comfortable with plump pillows, the fridge clean and cold. I appreciated the room's multiple lighting options and the posh adjustable lighted bathroom mirror. While near a high-traffic intersection and 24/7 gas station, the room was quiet and the blackout panel kept outside light from the room. It was a very comfortable stay- thank you and hope to see you again soon!»

«The staff was rude. The rooms were small with no actual amenities. The price they charged for the rooms do not match with what the hotel looks like»
