The space
This is a perfect place for a quiet weekend away from the noise and the crowd or for a fun-filled activity weekend.

The place is in Talegaon Dabhade, perfectly located for travellers from Pune, Mumbai, Nasik etc who want a quiet peaceful place away from home or a place to halt on their way to any of the amazing outdoor attractions in the area.

The Lonavla hill station, paragliding at Kamshet, horse-riding at Jappaloupe equestrian centre, visit to the Karla and Bhaje caves, camping at the Pavna lake, Ghorawadeshwar temple etc. are all a short drive away.

The place also has enough room for lazing about in the lawn, having a small bonfire in the night or hosting a barbecue party. The villa being a corner property provides for excellent privacy and insulation from pesky neighbours.

The villa has beds, mattresses, wardrobes, bed linen, a fridge, a gas with cylinder, couch, DTH connection, 23" screen, small multimedia speakers, basic utensils. A barbecue, bath linen, toiletries, bottled water, my 5-seater car (Fiat Palio MJD) available on request at an additional cost.

Public transport is easily available and so are shop, restaurants, hospitals etc.

The clubhouse has a pool table and table-tennis table (check before booking if this is important).

Please follow ALL the house rules strictly. They are for your convenience as well as for the convenience of other residents in the locality. These house rules are non-negotiable so please make yourselves aware of them before you book.

1) Play music only as loud as the neighbours don’t hear it. I should generally not hear any complaints from neighbours
2) Drugs, marijuana etc are ABSOLUTELY not allowed. Any infraction will be immediately reported to the authorities.
3) The house and the lawn are strictly no-smoking areas. You can smoke on the terraces or the tiled backyard however please put your stubs in the trash bins and don’t leave them lying anywhere else.
4) Drinking alcohol inside the house is fine however not on the terraces or anywhere outside the house.
5) This is a home, not a hotel so we expect it to be left as clean as it was found.
6) Please segregate wet and dry trash in the provided separate dustbins. If you have extra trash beyond the dustbin capacity, please collect it in a garbage bag and hand it over to the caretaker when you check out.
7) Leave used utensils in the sink after clearing all the food waste into the dustbins. Do not leave food in utensils or in the sink.
8) Please park in designated area only not on the lawn. If you have more than one car, park outside my row house fence without blocking other villa gates or road
9) be respectful towards neighbors and society staff
10) Leave furniture back in its original place, turn off taps, electrical and close all doors and windows before checking out.
