We are located just three blocks from Magnolia, across the street from the Dr. Pepper Museum, and walking distance to some of Waco's outstanding local restaurants. We are also only 15 minutes to Waco Surf. Additionally, this condo is only a mile from Baylor's campus making it a great place to stay for games, graduation, and other college events.
Guest will have access to entire condo except for one locked supply closet.
Other things to note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. Feel free to unload at the back of the building before parking.
The Coffee Machine is a Keurig & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.
The living and bedrooms have Smart TV's with streaming apps. Bedroom TV's are 32". Living room is 75".

This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.
