This adorable, centrally located home will have you feeling minty fresh (see what we did there?) Newly renovated with such care & commitment, it will have you dreaming of laying down roots and staying forever. Literally minutes from everything Waco- Magnolia, Baylor, Downtown, making this stay your best stay ever! Free parking, spacious & fully fenced backyard, outdoor seating, peace & tranquility... need we say more? Did you hear that? It's the booking button calling you :)

Originally built in 1895, this is a remodel full of love. 3 large bedrooms, 4 beds, 3 bath and a fully stocked kitchen. The owners have transformed this beauty with quality and guests' needs/wants at the forefront of their vision. The interior is calm, clean, peaceful & inviting, everything you want after a day spent touring our busy & lively city.

The bright and airy kitchen flows right into the dining space occupied by a beautifully crafted wood table with ample seating. This space is also open to the living area with plenty of comfortable seating options, making entertaining & relaxing an absolute breeze. Enjoy the large 70" smart tv from the living room or from the 40" Roku TV in the master bedroom- apps available with individual guest log in.

Each spacious bedroom has its own bathroom with shower & large dressing closets with full length mirror. Very comfortable bedding provided along with towels, soaps, shampoo & other basic necessities.

Outside, you'll find a large backyard fully fenced with an automatic gate for parking. The newly constructed deck is home to several rocking chairs, side tables & other outdoor seating options. So sit back & soak in the sun (but if its too much, there's a sail for shade :) The Cozy Mint Cottage is the perfect place to relax & renew your weary soul.

The location of this home is Oh. So. Good. We are SO close to Magnolia, Baylor Campus, McLane Stadium, Foster Pavilion & downtown in general. Check out the neighborhood description for more details.

Guests have access to entire home with the exception of one locked supply closet.

This was the perfect size and location for our stay. Close to Baylor and downtown Waco. The home had plenty of space and ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was large enough to cook several meals there. We were very happy with this location. Gated parking in the back is also a plus.

Girls Weekend Trip
Cozy mint Cottage was a great home & well appointed in decor & amenities. We couldn’t have asked for more😊 Very clean and great location. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings & great conversation set-up in the living areas. All of us slept wonderful each night on comfy beds. Our host was very attentive & responded quickly when I was planning our girls weekend. Will definitely stay here again.

Quick Waco Stay
We enjoyed this spacious house in prime location to our event we attended in Waco. All of the well-sized bedrooms have their own full bathroom. Their is ample space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve, just bring your food and drinks! The large outdoor area in the back has seating, a deck and plenty of play space! We loved the gated back parking area. The hosts are very availabile and respond quickly. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The property was as nice as we hoped it would be! Great set up with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom attached to each room. Hosts were very communicative and responsive before and during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Adorable and cozy!
We absolutely loved our stay in Waco at the Mint House. Fantastic lay out and setup. A lot of thought was put into this house and it shows. It had everything we needed, beds were super comfy, rooms and closets are huge and super baby friendly with a pack n play! Very clean and so cozy, extremely hospitable hosts. Loved the deck and parking pad outback, we felt super safe and loved the location. Cannot recommend this place enough and will be staying there again when we come back!

My group of 6 and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Mint Cottage! We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness, ease of communication with the host, and the property's location. Great spot
The neighborhood is mixed commercial/multi family and small homes that appear to be rentals and single family homes- we felt safe and walked to get dinner but heads up if you are a nervous nelly. Great location in terms of ease to get anywhere. The house is well equipped and described accurately. We had a great stay!

Our company managers (three of us) met for our end of year discussion. The place was perfect and very clean! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which made this perfect for the three of us. The host allowed us to move the reservation when one of our team got Covid. Would love to stay again!

Great House
The house was just perfect for our Baylor Family Weekend. It was everything stated…. Clean, close to everything and it felt great to arrive “home” after attending a football game or coming back from dinner. The mattresses were very comfortable and everyone slept well. Lastly, the kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again the next time we come to visit our son.

Perfect but Hot
The house was perfect! Every room in the house was spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the beds were comfortable. The location was very close to the silos. The house had a nice privacy fenced back yard for parking which was nice, so we didn’t have to park on the street. There was only one issue with this house and that was the AC could not keep the house cool in this Texas Heat!! Maybe if it weren’t 110 outside it would have been better. Thankfully they provided powerful fans beside each bed so we could sleep. With the temp on 65 the house finally cooled off while we were sleeping. Overall the house was very nice!!
