«When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee?
There was no TV's anywhere and ...

«Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room.»

«There wasn't any body lotion that I'm accustomed to. I had to buy some and then throw the rest away at the airport.
Room was clean and comfy. Staff was helpful and very patient with the calls she was getting when I checked in.
One of the spoons I used had a metal burr on it and I cut my lip. Suite 117
Thank you.»
