«We went on the off season, but the restaurant in the resort was still open. The resort is right on the corner of the main street so it is close to shopping, dining, and Mirror lake! Very convenient. The parking was also very easy, and again put us right at main street so we walked to dinner every night. There is an indoor pool and hot tub at the main resort and also across the street at the Lodge. Staff was very friendly. Refreshments in the lobby and sparkling wine given to us at check in! »

«The pool had to be closed early, as the shuttle driver had to go to the airport to pick up pilots. Upon return, the employee, named Carlos, apologized to us, and graciously re-opened the pool for us to swim. He went above and beyond his duty. He made us feel like friends, and told us he was happy to help in any way. A great employee!!!! All the staff was friendly and caring. Made our stay enjoyable.»
