An atypical house.
We are located at an altitude of 850m, a small quiet village fifteen minutes from amenities, at the passage of the Roanne and the Baronnies. A view opens up over the Provençal mountains, the "Servelle" at 1613m, and through the "Boutarinard" mountain at 1570m nicknamed the Blue Mountain because of the wild lavender that colors it.

The House is equipped with a Provencal kitchen open to the living room with a fireplace.
The first floor contains:
-A bathroom with a toilet with an Italian shower.
-The first bedroom with a double bed 140x190
-The second bedroom, a bunk bed 90x190
-The third bedroom, 2 single beds 90x190
Upstairs, there are:
-A living room with a sofa bed.
-A fourth bedroom with a 2-seater bed 140x200.
However, there is the possibility of placing 1 extra bed with 1 place.

The house has outdoor spaces:
A terrace equipped with garden furniture, as well as a shady garden to enjoy moments of relaxation.

Activities possible:
Hiking, Running, Mountain biking, Via Ferrata, Horse riding, Fishing, Petanque...
Swimming: at the lake "Plan d'eau le Pas des ondes", the river at "Pas du Gours", the municipal swimming pool of La Motte Chalancon as well as at the municipal swimming pool of Saint-Nazaire-le-Désert.PGJyPg
Fans of photography or animal discoveries can listen to and observe the bellow of the deer in September/October.

The price of the night is for 1 or 2 people.
However, for each additional person, you will have to pay 10€ (per night and per person) on site. EXCEPTION in case of a one-week booking...
There is no charge for children up to 12 years old.
