The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and includes a dining table, making it an ideal area for shared meals. A separate WC is also conveniently located on this floor. Ascending via a spiral staircase to the upper floor, you will discover 2 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a distinctive character. Each of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor is served by 1 bathroom equipped with a shower and WC. The upper floor also benefits from its own terrace, complete with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a pleasant outdoor retreat.
