Tenuta Santo Spirito is a prestigious late-19th-century villa, meticulously restored in full respect of its original architecture and now listed among the properties protected by the Ragusa Department of Fine Arts. Nestled in the countryside of the province of Ragusa, in the heart of a region famous for the production of Cerasuolo di Vittoria, the estate is an authentic wine farm where history, nature, culture, and Sicilian winemaking tradition come together.

Staying at Tenuta Santo Spirito means enjoying an authentic, immersive experience in the world of wine: the property is surrounded by vineyards and charming rural landscapes and is the ideal choice for wine lovers, food and wine enthusiasts, and anyone wishing to discover the region’s culture and exceptional wines up close. Upon request, you can participate in a guided tasting of local wines, paired with a traditional Sicilian dish, to learn about and appreciate the flavors and traditions of the area.

The guest apartment is located on the first floor of the villa, accessible by stairs, and combines the charm of a historic home with modern comforts. The bright living area features a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a stunning panoramic view of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside.

The real highlight is the two private terraces, positioned to offer both pleasant moments in the sun and shaded areas throughout the day. Both are furnished with outdoor tables and are the ideal spot for breakfast, an aperitif, or dinner with a view of the vineyards.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and features two double bedrooms—one of which also includes a comfortable double sofa bed—as well as two full bathrooms. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, and a crib is available upon request.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large, private, fenced-in garden—perfect for relaxing surrounded by nature—as well as a barbecue and private parking on the estate.
