«Lo mejor del hotel es su personal, muy atentos y serviciales, lo negativo es la limpieza y mantenimiento del hotel, aunque vi personal limpiando, quizás lo que falta es mejorar el método de limpieza y darle mantenimiento y limpieza al mobiliario del inmueble. Las habitaciones están muy bien, pero el primer día no hicieron la limpieza, y tuve que el segundo día en la tarde buscar al personal y pedirla ya que el servicio termina a las 5 Pm y ya iba a dar esa hora y no lo habían hecho»

«This was a great little boutique hotel! It was in a great location to almost everything. Easy to get to main drag to get a bus or whatever. Only thing is there isnt a full kitchenette like they say as they covered up the cook top because people were burning things. But we managed! The microwave actually grills and we coukd toast bread for toast in it so that was great. Rooftop pool is great! Only thing is i think i missed having a balcony but otherwise it was a good little clean and new place. »

«I really really liked the breakfast they served. Traditional Mexican food, well made and abundant. Good cooks and friendly staff. Way better than the usual continental breakfast. This hotel is also great because it's super close to both the airport and the bus station.»

«Good breakfast buffet. Nice pool area with umbrellas for shade. Restrooms very close to pool. Cold ac in rooms. 5 minutes walking distance to airport. Have stayed here a few times and will continue to do so. »

«On the beach, beautiful view. Misael at the front desk was so helpful in booking us extra days. Very close to shopping. Pool was clean and well managed and just upstairs on the rooftop! Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.»

«The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. »

«Deben de quitar la música en el desayuno ya de por sí el lugar es muy ruidoso. Los frijoles están más que aguados. Me tardaron el sábado por la tarde 48 minutos en servir dos platillos»
