By booking and occupying this property, each guest and member of the booking party acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Pool Safety Acknowledgment. The property includes a private swimming pool. No lifeguard or pool attendant is on duty. Children must be actively supervised at all times by a designated adult who is not consuming alcohol or otherwise impaired. Guests assume responsibility for the supervision of all minors in the booking party and any visitors. Diving is prohibited. Running on the pool deck is prohibited. Glass containers are prohibited in the pool area.

Assumption of Risk. Guests acknowledge that the use of a private residential swimming pool, hot tub, and surrounding areas involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, slip-and-fall injuries, and exposure to elements. Guests voluntarily assume these ordinary risks.

Limited Liability Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, guests release the property owner, the host entity, and their agents from claims arising out of the ordinary negligence of any released party related to guests` use of the property and its amenities. This waiver does not apply to, and does not release, claims for gross negligence, willful or intentional misconduct, or violations of statutory duties under California law.

Transient Occupancy. Guests occupy this property as transient occupants under a license to use the property for short-term lodging. No tenancy, leasehold, or other possessory interest is created. Guests have no right to remain at the property after the booked checkout time.

Supervision Responsibility. Guests booking the property are solely responsible for the conduct and safety of all members of the booking party and any visitors. The property is rented as a private residence; the owner has no presence on site during the stay.
