This is the restoration of a building dating from 1938, maintaining its structure and emphasising the façades as well as the original wooden access staircases;

You'll find an atypical Open-Space flat with lots of light and varied views of the city of Viseu.

We wish to provide couples visiting the city of Viseu with a welcoming place, located in the center of Viseu, an atypical studio, come and see!

From the balcony you can see Se de Viseu, 2 min walk.
Misericórdia Church, 2 min walk.
Largo D. Duarte and all the restaurants you'll enjoy are a 3-minute walk away.

The Viseu Aerodrome is 9 km away, from where you can travel daily to Cascais or Portimão, with 2 daily trips.

Public car park next to the accommodation, paid from 8am to 8pm, free on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and public holidays.

The rest is up to you to get to know this beautiful city of Viseu, venture out!
