«Everything was pretty good. Especially location. The parking was a mess even though it was free there was an event at the convention center and we had to park on the 3rd floor- their elevators were undergoing some maintenance and were out of service. Had to come down 3 flights of stairs with our suitcases. Other than that, good location, decently clean rooms, good breakfast. Bed was a bit hard, no vent in the bathroom.»

«We prepaid for the room through Expedia, but when we arrived they said they saw our reservation but were sold out so they had to go inspect some rooms to see if they are clean. The room we got was very musty smelling. Everything else was as expected for a Fairfield Inn»

«The propery is in a good lacation. Unfortunately, the property is poorly maintain and the night staff was very argumentative. The second day the keycard was deactivated and the night staff kept blaiming me and kept telling me what I should have done and how it was not his falt the the card was deactivagted. I had to endure all this to get my card reactivated.»

«This newer property was comfortably furnished with current design and updated linens. The room layout was wonderful with a designated dressing area, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom while not overly large was a comfortable size with a large shower. There’s a bar and restaurant on property that we didn’t use but the aroma from the restaurant was wonderful! I took a star off for maintenance because while the facility was excellently maintained, the flower beds in the parking ...

«Parking was charged at $15 per day even though the property is located on the outskirts with plenty of parking space available. I can understand such charges in downtown locations or areas with limited parking, but it did not feel justified here. Only 3 towels were provided for 4 guests, even after repeated requests. The housekeeping staff mentioned that no extra towels were available because the property was fully occupied. As a result, we had to share towels throughout our 3-day stay, which ...

«Well I didn't see anything stating that they where in a remodel mode. It wasn't to bad, but I do think that we should have been advised begin with. Everything was pretty good, with the exception of the Bathroom. The sink had NO stopper, not sure about the tub. Anyway, your people where GREAT, helpful, and well informed. We would consider staying there again, if we have any other occassions with our Family in Tulare. But we would call the next time to see if the remodel was finished. Thank ...
