This newly decorated property features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a bright and open floor plan where you can relax all day. The open kitchen is well-equipped with GE stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a new dining table, a granite breakfast bar, and even a breakfast nook table. Other at-home comforts include all-new smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, free WiFi, a full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room, and an assortment of books, games, and toys for the younger travelers in your group.
The primary suite upstairs features a fully furnished sitting area, a secluded balcony, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a granite walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms, including two more primary suites, have their own smart TVs as well.
The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, three outdoor pools (open mid-May to mid-September), Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children’s playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts; and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore.

There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings. Construction is expected to be complete in mid-April.
The tub in the primary suite does not include jets.
The hot tub will be unavailable in the off season due to construction.
