To netter i september 15, man får hva man betaler for, og det stemmer bra her. Blid dame når vi sjekket inn, sur som fy når vi snakket med en annen senere for å få nytt nøkkelkort - måtte da skjønne at slikt var vår feil. Rensligheten på rommet betviler jeg sterkt på, heller dårlig, dog er dette ett leilighetshotell, og det gjøres ikke rent vær dag - syntes. Generelt er det også veldig slitt over alt, bassenget fristet dårlig, men det er greit for med 400m tikl stranden er den mer fristende. Har man råd, og mulighet, velg noe annet.

The pool was really cloudy and pretty small. The picture is a little deceiving. A lot of times, there was no one at the front desk. When we checked in we waited 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check us in. But-the rooms are super clean, comfortable, and the staff were really friendly.

My 12 year old son requested we celebrate his birthday here becase the rooms are great, the staff is always helpful, location is perfect, the pool is always clean and heated. It's walking distance to everything at the ocean front so you can park and walk everywhere. Definatelty will be back!

I paid a down payment. The day of the stay i was charged the full amount. Like i never paud down payments. Plus we had the biggest flying roach in our room.

The property staff was very nice and tentative to our needs during our stay. We had an issue with our room and they changed our room that was more suitable.

During my stay there was a fire and we had to evactuate. I got separated from my son and I found him in a matter of minutes, but after evryone was allowed to go back into their rooms, I later recieved a call fom the front desk to ensure that I fouind my son. There was a lot going on and the staff handled this better then the Fire Department and the Police! I will be staying here again!

Solid affordable choice for the ocean front area during tourist times. The building is old so it does come with some aging fixtures and stuff of the sort. I didnt use the stove top at all so i cant speak to that, but the fridge kept beers cold and the shower was hot with good pressure. Lack of smart TVs is the only real articulable downside i can think of, but the easy to access indoor pool and jacuzzi makes up for it. Overall i will stay here again.

Was a nice place with a large enough kitchen for preparing food. Microwave doubles as a convection oven! Master was spacious as was the sitting room and the king bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and accomodating, as well. Overall a good value! One negative is that the floors transmit vibration into the room which is something that took a bit of getting used to, and when neighbor' children were a bouncing around it shook the bedroom door in a manner that it rattled like someone was knocking.

Loved my stay here. We did have an unfortunate fire that was taken care of quickly on the 2nd floor. Only issue I have was with the hot water not staying warm long. Seemed to get cold within a few minutes. But loved staying here would stay again.

Rooms are very nice clean and bed are comfortable shower has good pressure the employees are pleasant the only thing I would change is the hot tub looked a little uninviting. Other than that place is great will definitely stay again

The cable tv was sporatic. it went in and out over 20 times in an hour. The queen bed was usupported in the middle frame and therefor sagged.

CLOSED for Renovations!
I made this reservation for a business trip. Then I found out just before the trip that the Atrium was CLOSED for renovation. Thankfully the VSA Resorts (parent company) shifted my reservation to the Ocean Sands Resort a few blocks away. But it was VERY BAD management to not inform me of this change well ahead of my trip. The Ocean Sands was fine, but having driven up to an empty building at first was not something I appreciated.

Atrium closed - no warning of change of property
We never were able to stay at the Atrium. Our reservation was moved to another property, because the Atrium was closed for renovations. HOWEVER - No one told us about the change. We showed up to the Atrium late at night to find it closed, and the lady working there at the time was very unhelpful. The other property was good, and we had a great stay there. BUT we never stayed at the Atrium

When showing up on site the property was closed (for good). I didn't receive an alternate email listing the upgraded property site until a half hour after I arrived on site. There is a need to communicate with Expedia that the Atrium is no longer available for booking reservations.

We stayed one night, got locked out our room because the key stop working. The front desk gave us a nee key which still did not work. We had to ho back to the front desk on the third time the lady used her master key to open up. This left us with no key to leave the room without being locked out.

In town for a week working. The Atrium fit our needs, pool was dirty the whole time we were there. No big deal, but seeing a disgusting film floating around in it everyday wasn’t pleasant. Outside of the room the carpeting could use a serious cleaning or change it all together. Otherwise, everything else was great. The room was equipped with all the amenities you could need. A solid 7 out of 10 stay for me.

The room was pretty clean, I had to ask them to vacuum the floor, as it needed it. Kenny (maintenance) came up promptly do that. The AC in room 307 wasn't working, so they moved me to another room. Sean (ad min) approved a late check out for which was prompted by Joyce, she was great. Kenny, Melissa and Joyce were wonderful to me, they are an asset to the company. The wifi for the TV was horrendous and would go down for 10 minutes at a time. Atrium would definitely be losing business because of that. The staff made my stay there very enjoyable, but the company needs to spend some money to make their jobs easier, especially when dealing with people that are upset about TV reception.

When we checked in, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied which was inconvenient and frustrating for both us and the people in the room we were attempting to get into. We were switched to another room quickly but the new room had cleanliness issues. The toilet was disgusting with urine all over the rim along with a giant pubic hair. It clearly had not been cleaned.
