Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

We love furry companions, but this property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly homes.
The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy. Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional.
Stays less than 30 nights are governed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA mandates that service animals, not animals providing emotional support (commonly referred to as ESAs), are permitted in public places which include hotels or short-term rentals. A service animal is distinguished from an ESA because it performs a specific task in relation to the human's disability. An ESA is not trained to perform any specific task.
***Please note that we must accept ESAs for stays exceeding 30 nights so the above statement does not apply to stays of that duration***

Sanctuary condos are 8-10 miles from a grocery store we recommend doing your grocery shopping on the way in to Sandbridge. There is a fabulous market as soon as you enter Sandbridge for your convenience.
Amenities
This unit is not located within a resort or hotel. Accordingly, there is not a concierge, maid service, or on-staff employees. This is a private rental.
All outdoor amenities such as pool, hot tub, and restaurants are not owned by the unit owner and are subject to the service and operations of the individual business owner. The swim up cabana bar is permanently closed.
We do not provide any type of snorkeling equipment.
