Neptune II offers brand-new upgrades with touch-up painting throughout including the kitchen cabinets, new couches and a new side table on the third floor, new carpets and rugs on all three floors, and all-new dark stainless steel appliances with a new kitchen backsplash in the kitchen. The home also now features two brand new, beautiful dining room tables. These amenities provide the many comforts and conveniences of home! Former upgrades in this immaculate home have included updated living and dining room furniture, fresh paint, new cortex floors and carpeting, new landscaping, and decor throughout.

Big decks and ocean views abound at Neptune II. This large oceanfront home boasts three levels, conveniently equipped with a kitchenette on the ground floor, and with easy access to the in-ground pool. A beautiful screened porch allows you to enjoy the colorful sunsets over Back Bay. The third floor bedroom now features a brand new King size bed, upgrading from the former Queen. A large great room with hardwood flooring and cozy, comfortable couches can accommodate large and multiple family gatherings! Neptune II is a great house for friends and family to enjoy. You'll have free WiFi, a stereo, foosball, and a swimming pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pool had no railing to get in and out of, showers/tubs had no mats and were very slippery for older people, but everything else was just as posted and listed. Plenty of room for our 10 person party. We did have an issue with mold on a shower curtain and they offered to come replace it but by that time we had cleaned it. One thing I didn't care for was the pool guys came twice while we were in the pool to clean it and pest control was spraying one day while there also.

Nice large house right in the beach

Property is in a great location. Ocean views and having the beach so close was nice. The kitchen is fully stocked they even have a crockpot, which wasn't in the listing but helped us feed a group of 17. The only thing missing was the ball for the foosball game.

Nice but...

Nice house, big kitchen area. Pretty views. Was disappointed in the lack of back yard. Didn't realize the pool was in the front. No sitting in the back area. The listing says private pool and deck. Sounds like in the back on the beach. What good is it in the front by the street. Also we had a lot of ants on counter. We didn't even leave out any food that wasn't covered, the ants were getting in the ziploc bag covering the cake. The foozeball table didn't even have any ball. Was useless.

Nice beachfront house

We stayed at Neptune II in late March to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was a memorable experience. The best part? The house is right on the beach! We loved being able to step directly onto the sand, enjoy the ocean views from the house, and relax on the deck while listening to the waves.The house is spacious, with nine bedrooms spread over three floors. Most rooms have their own bathrooms, which was super convenient for our group. The kitchen and main living area are on the third floor, so be prepared for some stair climbing.When we arrived, we noticed the house wasn’t as clean as we had hoped—there was some dust, hair, and a few dead bugs. We contacted the property manager with photos, and they promptly sent a cleaner the next morning. After that, the place felt much better. It would have been nice if it had been spotless from the start, though.Overall, Neptune II is a great spot for large groups. The house has a bit of a dated feel, but it’s still comfortable and well-equipped. Despite the initial hiccup with cleanliness, we’d consider renting it again for its fantastic location and ample space.

Perfect location and beautiful house.

I booked the property to host a yoga retreat for 12 other women. The location was absolutely perfect. The property itself had a great layout for or needs-- including plenty of parking. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We'll certainly be back again!

Positively beautiful view, excellent location, layout great. Bathrooms and Kitchen were clean and well maintained. Some suggestions: put a handrail at pool steps, vents,especially on wall in living room were filthy. Outside windows covered with bugs. Beach chairs and umbrella were all broken. For some reason hot water came out of both faucets in both masters. Minor changes would really enhance one’s stay but otherwise an enjoyable week.

Worked out great

Beautiful new couch! Could use a hose or shower going back and forth from the beach. Pool was clean and refreshing, used frequently by the younger kids. More cutting boards in the kitchen would help. Also a few plastic cups and less stemware. During a very strong storm we lost power and wi-fi. Power came back quickly wi-fi did not. Also during the heavy rain the window frames in the great room leaked. We used some towels but could use caulking. Overall a very good house for 10 adults and 7 kids ages 3-11. We tried to rent for next year but the dates we needed were not available.

Great place but could use a little tlc

It was very nice and roomy, perfect for our needs. It was also clean. It could use a little touch up and attention to detail. There were broken blinds, peeling paint, and a tear in the sofa. Additionally on our last night, we realized the porch light did not work, which made navigating the outside steps difficult.

Deceiving photos

The house has a beautiful view, great location and really nice layout. However, many items are outdated and dingy. There is a thick carpet in the bedrooms and going up the staircases. With the sand and sunblock it always feels dirty. The appliances in the kitchen need to be replaced. The ice machine doesn't work in the refrigerator, the oven takes very long to cook anything, the cabinets are dirty and chipping. The outdoor furniture is uncomfortable and the dining table outside is an old chipped wood picnic bench. There is no umbrella at the pool and it gets full sun. Our smoke detector kept going off for no reason, the pool liner is falling off of the wall, the AC stopped working but was fixed quickly. The property manager was very responsive and we still had a great time, but the house needs so TLC for sure.

Hard to find a better location for a family vacation

The house was so perfect in its day. It’s not well maintained though which caused us some frustration. The AC problem was promptly resolved which was the most important issue. The appliances have some issues and the screens are almost all ripped. Step outside the house and see the beach and it’s easy to overlook everything!

Rental had some short comings!

TV was not setup, one DW heating element not working, one toaster not working, several room lamps not working, several screens were torn and one screen was missing and there were a lot of flies in the house. Vacasa Mgmt we’re good and sent TV techs to address problems. With this in mind if we had wives with us the house would have been poorly rated.
