The great room features a dining table that comfortably seats six, complemented by a granite counter breakfast bar that accommodates four. Enjoy entertainment on the 55-inch Samsung HD TV with a DVR, premium HBO, and a DVD player. A cozy library nook with a comfortable lounge chair invites you to unwind with a book. Use the telescope provided to check out the action on the beach, the fishing pier, or the swimming dolphins. The open-concept floor plan seamlessly connects to the fully equipped kitchen, which showcases top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the basic cookware you’ll need for your culinary creations. The utility room includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The main suite features a king bed with a premium mattress, a 40-inch Sony TV with HD DVR service, a large walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom. You’ll also have access to a separate balcony for those quiet moments away.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed boasting a newly updated plush mattress. Mirrored closet doors, swing-arm reading lamps, and a 37-inch Samsung TV add to the room's charm, with a bathroom conveniently located just off the entrance. Enjoy premium cable and complimentary WiFi throughout the condo. Included with this condo is complimentary access to the owner’s garage-level storage unit, equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, beach toys, and a cooler for your convenience. The storage unit also provides ample space for any beach equipment you might bring along.

Enjoy access to condo amenities with no additional resort fee, including three swimming pools and two indoor fitness centers.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
