One-of-a-kind oceanfront property, Endless Playtime is the only Sandbridge Oceanfront home with eleven bedrooms, an indoor pool open year-round, and dog friendly!

'Endless Playtime' is a destination in itself - designed to be adult, kid, and pet friendly. "Put a Little Play into Every Day" is the motto we strive to live by and set as the design goal in our properties.

Several rainy day activities are built into the home, with each room carefully named and decorated to also teach the overnight guests about the local attractions and history of the area.

With 10 out of the 11 bedrooms being master bedrooms, Endless Playtime makes the perfect gathering spot for your large extended family or business retreat.

9 of the Masters are King beds, with 3 of those King rooms having bonus futon chairs or sofas.

Everyone will enjoy the private heated indoor pool and outdoor Jacuzzi that is open year-round with never-ending views of the ocean. The epic 20-foot-long dining table easily allows 20 adults to comfortably sit around the same table at the same time for meals or meetings. Thoughtful additions for children include child-sized tables and chairs in the kitchen, step stools in the game room, kids utensils, and an epic underwater room designed, painted, and built by the same artists that build Disney World sets in Florida.

The top floor loft den includes 3x desks that overlook the ocean, a game table, kid-sized rocking horses, and a huge adult-sized rocking horse - to ensure the adults don't forget to break out their inner child and enjoy their time too. A seemingly endless treasure hunt can be enjoyed while searching the details painted around the underwater bunk room & a bonus 'go fishing' search has been built in around the house to look for hidden fish painted on the walls in invisible ink (black flashlights provided to find them).

A large dog crate, multiple-sized dog bowls, and dog life jackets are provided so that you can easily bring along your furry family members.

The unique split-level design gives plenty of room to stretch out and still stay connected with the family. The kitchen and dining room are open and big enough for all guests at one time. The deck off of the kitchen includes two full-size picnic tables as well as Polywood Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, & corn hole to play while enjoying the ocean views.

Enjoy ocean views from all the decks or relax inside in one of the two living areas.

A rec room on the ground level has a 9' Olhausen tournament pool table, foosball, and ping pong tables and is located next to the indoor pool. A basketball is provided to enjoy the new Basketball hoop in the driveway.

The deck off of the game room includes a foot rinse and an outdoor shower to use as you come back to the house from surfing the waves and building sandcastles. An 8-person hot tub is ready for a relaxing soak as you enjoy the colorful sky at sunset. The kitchen comes fully stocked with multiple Keurig machines, milk frother, regular coffee and teapots, toaster, blender, crockpot, water, wine, and even champagne glasses to enjoy your morning mimosas.

Top-Level: Loft-Style Den with 75" Smart TV and Work Stations that overlook the Ocean. For added fun, this room includes an Adult Sized Rocking horse to take pictures. 3x kid-sized matching rocking horses also fill the room. A game table with chess/checkers, as well as shelf of puzzles, books, etc. are included in this loft space. Additional amenity details:

An indoor private pool with pool heat is available year-round as well as the outdoor hot tub. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.

We provide bed linens. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and soap per bathroom sink. We provide kitchen towels and hot pads. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Noise which disturbs neighbors is prohibited 24 hours a day. Please be considerate.
No smoking/vaping is not allowed inside. Fees will apply if evidence of smoking/vaping is found inside.
No confetti. No Glitter. No colored bath bombs.
Wash all kitchen items (dishes, etc.) used during your stay or start the dishwasher.
Do not flush anything except toilet paper.
Place towels, sheets, & pillow cases by the laundry room.
Additional fees will apply to guests that do not take care of our space and cause additional cleaning and/or damage.
Charges for damages and broken house rules will be determined by the hosts on a case by case basis. Damages and additional charges are non-negotiable.
Guests must lock all external doors upon checking out.
Please place all trash in the provided outside trash cans.
Please pick up after your pets.
$250 fee applies if guests smoked inside the property.
