The open floor plan offers plenty of space for family gatherings, whether you're watching a movie on the HD TV or simply enjoying each other's company. Step out onto one of the two oceanfront balconies for a tranquil evening cocktail or your morning coffee, with the ocean as your backdrop and pelicans gliding by overhead.

The kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is a dream for any chef. It's spacious and well-equipped, perfect for preparing family meals with ease. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
