Awesome Beach Getaway! 1 block to the ocean, with a big pool in the back.

This clean remodeled Mai Kai unit at 209 56th street will be perfect for your family, 2 couples or a girls or guys trip! This safe quiet neighborhood /community is just 1 block from the beach with a large community pool in the back yard. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you have found your spot. (If you are looking to get wild and crazy and party hard- keep on looking. This is not the place for you!)Park steps from your front door entry and know that your beds will be made and ready. No renting bed linens! Enjoy relaxing evenings on the back patio or take a walk on the beach. For more social life and activities you can head south a mile or 2 and enjoy live music, restaurants, shopping, night life, the boardwalk and more.

The living area has a big screen TV and the full-size kitchen will be great for cooking. Pots, pans, blender, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, and toaster are waiting for you! One bedroom has a king bed and Smart TV. The other has 2 queen beds. Two full bathrooms are in the unit as well.

8 blocks north is First Landing State Park. Great for hiking and biking. Also, calm water for smaller children to play and you can watch numerous boats go by all day long.

Virginia Beach is the best! Come enjoy all we have to offer. Beautiful beaches and sunrises, paddle boarding, fishing, surfing, jet skiing, water park, parasailing, golfing, putt putt golf, museums, aquarium, King Neptune and more.
Ocean Breeze water park is local and lots of fun. There is also an outdoor adventure park and a surf park that just opened!
In Williamsburg, about an hour drive, is Busch Gardens theme park as well as Water Country USA - another water park. Outlet Malls are 30 minutes away in Norfolk, close to the airport that you would fly into. (ORF)

Renting bikes are fun so you can ride on the boardwalk and see the sights. At the South End there is a Marina, and you can see the boats come in and go out into the ocean. You can also stop along the way and grab a quick bite for breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants you will be passing by.

For those that just want peace and quiet, just walk the miles of beach each day and enjoy the beauty. Many days you can see dolphins swimming by. Sometimes there are beautiful shells to pick up.

This unit is located at the north end meaning it is away from the crowds of the tourists from of all the hotels, however only a quick Uber ride, drive or a long walk leads you to the social scene and excitement of everything the boardwalk has to offer.

Rent this unit to make some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime! Come see for yourself!

This is a pet free, smoke free condo. It will be professionally cleaned each time a visitor leaves.
I own and manage the property and live close by for any emergency. For Health Emergencies, there is an urgent care 10 minutes away with a hospital 15 minutes away. Come enjoy all the fun and relaxing moments this condo has to offer!!

Outstanding condo in the quiet North End. It is less than a five minute walk to the beach, has a lovely pool in the courtyard, and is a clean and very, very well furnished condo. 10/10, would definitely stay again. Thank you Katherine!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and so close to the beach. The pool was a highlight, especially in the afternoons after a day by the ocean. The beach condo was exactly as described and pictured! Last year we stayed in a hotel down further which was a great location on the boardwalk and walkable to stores/restaurants but in a busier area and had a different vibe. This condo is in a residential area so it’s quiet and less crowded! More relaxing! We had plenty of space on the beach since we were one of the few families there! The lifeguards are on this street as well! The condo was newly updated and had all the amenities a family of 5 could need. Pool was also convenient! Grocery store and restaurants are a short 5-10 min drive! Or bring bikes because the town has a bike path parallel to the main road and it’s right near trails in a state park.

Lovely location and quiet surroundings. The perfect getaway for our family of 4, 2 adults, a 9 and 11 year old. This had thr most well stocked kitchen of anywhere we have ever stayed. Hope we can schedule a stay again for next year!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood but is still close to boardwalk and other fun activities. The property was clean and accommodated 4 people comfortably. If you are going in the summer and it rains, be prepared to see waterbugs.

Very Nice Property

We truly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and has such friendly people. The pool was nice and spacious. The only advice I would give is: bring extra towels!!! We were provided one set per guest. Between daily showers and pool time, we spent a lot of time in water!! Luckily, we had additional beach towels. However, do not stress if you don’t pack additional towels, they have a washer and dryer unit located right behind the condo for 2 per wash /dry . The host is extremely nice and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely book again! My 4 year old, loved it and said it was the best birthday gift ever! Thank you!

4th of July getaway

We had a great time at this location. Clean, exactly as described. The neighbors were kind. The beach was a block away. The pool was clean and steps from our back door. The host was responsive and kind. Couldn't ask for more. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful place

This was a wonderful place to stay. House was clean and very up to date. Well stocked with dishes for use. Kids really enjoyed the house being this close to the ocean. The only complaint would be the pool not being open during our stay. Other than that we had a great time.

Quick family trip

We stayed here for 3 days and 4 nights, Katherine was very attentive and quick to respond when we had questions or concerns, anything we needed was there, including extra blankets and pillows. The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach with lots to do around there! We never got a chance to use the pool as we were busy all the days from morning to night! Would definitely recommend staying here it was quiet and peaceful, with no noisy neighbors!

Great House!

This house was in a very nice neighborhood just one block from the beach. I come to VB regularly to visit my Grandson. In the past I'd always stay at hotels. This time I decided to try a VRBO and chose this one based upon its location and reviews. The reviews are spot on! Since my daughter, Grandson, and me stay there, I need 3 separate beds, which this house has, plus 2 bathrooms. Very nice and I hope to stay there again!
