There are no structures between you and the ocean for a panoramic view of the Atlantic. Follow the shoreline north and you can see the Virginia Beach boardwalk high rises a few miles in the distance with the lights twinkling at night.

Sandbridge Dunes is within walking distance of the market, ice cream, shops, and restaurants. There is a community pool with a gently sloping shelf for little ones and a gym for you to stay in shape. It's an easy drive to movies, shopping, family activities, the Virginia Aquarium, and more.

Covered garage parking spaces under the building are limited to vehicles with a total height of 6'4'' (including racks, luggage pods, etc). The Board of Directors of the Sandbridge Dunes Condo Association has prohibited EV parking under garage spaces. There is no EV charging onsite. Also prohibited are all lithium-ion battery devices (e-scooters, e-bikes, e-hoverboards, segways, etc.). All such lithium-ion powered items are prohibited from parking/storing under, in, near, or adjacent to The Dunes building. Unassigned parking spaces outside the garage area are available. Off-street parking is also available on Marlin Lane.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
