«Lovely place, wish it wasn’t raining that day»

«We looooooved our stay at the Southern Belle, Bergsicht Cottage. By far the most private & secluded of all the cottages. We enjoyed the hot tub & the private deck, surrounded by only the sounds of nature. The fairy lights above the pool were very romantic. The cottage had everything we needed to relax & unwind. No TV which was fantastic - you come here to rest & unplug. We'll be back!»

«Flott hotell. Fint områder - men, litt utenfor sentrum. Anbefales »

«Excellent stay. Warm and welcoming and beautiful large room with comfortable bed. Large attractive gardens, nice touches like the extra padded seats for our outside seats and fresh fruit from the farm at breakfast. The owner was very helpful with ideas for local visits and was very warm and welcoming. Thank you. »

«Fantastic all over :) »

«Amazing little find. The reviews are true and this place really is spectacular. We were blown away with the size of the room which was a little villa with our own garden area. We travelled as a small family and just loved how accommodating this hotel was. I just wished I could have stayed longer!»

«The rooms are out dated, the carpets are very very old. The staff was amazing, very friendly and kind »

«Flott»

«Très bon accueil. Je suis arrivé en fin de journée et l'hôtel est isolé dans la campagne. La propriétaire m'a proposé un plateau repas pour la soirée qui était parfait.»

«Nice tent, cozy place. Suitable enough »

«This place is beautiful and the villa would have been an amazing experience. After check in, we found out that the water in the bathrooms appeared brown-ish. We raised this issue twice with the hotel, and were told that the colour is due to the water coming from the municipal source. There was no filtering in place. The hotel provided drinking water bottles however it ruined the whole experience. We weren’t able to wash after a long day exploring and even properly brush our teeth. Needless to ...

«Freundliche Gastgeberin, schönes Anwesen und gutes Frühstück.»

«Would stay again! Unique property with so much to offer. We considered adding more days to our stay, didn’t want to leave.»

«Fantastic stay in Franschhoek. The staff was extremely nice and helpfull. They booked dinner reservations for us and helped in every way. Highly recomended. We will stay here again next time we go to Franschhoek.»
